He said he would trade Midtown Madness 2 and System Shock 2 for my NHL 2001. The last I heard from him was February 12th. I sent my game on the 14th - the same day I sent a game to someone else. They got the game on the 17th. I have emailed this guy 4 times since then and have got no response. He is probably busy playing NHL 2001.

I sent $15 cash and a psx memory card.

He was supposed to give me an Einhander soundtrack.

He never admitted that he received the item, which was sent priority.
He said he sent it standard mail, which is a lie since I haven't received it over 3 weeks.

He stopped responding to my emails.

If you look at the username: mysticalgames, he has the same postal address and also, someone told me that mikesanders = mysticalgames.

unfortunately after I sent the item....

I'VE FILED SEVERAL MAIL FRAUD/INTERNET FRAUD AGAINST HIM.

This guy is a fraud, watch out.

I sent him a Saturn new style controller in exchange for his Rippin Riders DC...this was a month ago. I never received Rippin Riders, and he no longer repsonds to my emails. Also, it is to my understanding that 4 others are being ripped off also, and I recommend to them that they post BTR's for WaRtMaN also.

I'll just get right to the point. We made a trade, I sent my stuff out to Josh Etheridge and soon after he received. I emailed him weeks later asking if he has sent my stuff out, then I got an email saying he was gonna send it right away. But I never got anything; so again weeks after that I emailed him numerous times...no reply. So I then threatened to file mail fraud and get in touch with his parents. Then he emailed me back begging me not to file mail fraud. Then I emailed him again telling him to send my stuff out. He then said he'd just send my stuff back, cause there was a family misunderstandment.

I was pretty ticked since I turned down so many offers from other people dealing with stuff I thought I was getting from him. And the games I him could have been traded to someone else. So I tried to reason with him and we made a deal saying he had to give me sonic DC for all this crap he put me through.

After Josh has had my games (which was Carrier DC and Rocket: robot on wheels 'still in shrink wrap') for more then a couple of months, I figure he just played through them and got bored...and made up an excuse so he could just send my stuff back instead of the DC modem, Sonic DC, and worms armaggedon that he was supposed to send off.

Another month goes by and I finally received rocket, carrier and sonic. 'BUT' carrier's case was smashed, game was scratched...my rocket: robot on wheels game no longer had the mint box and manuals (just cart) and the sonic I asked for was scrathed to crap (as if it went through a blender). So I immediately tested out sonic...it did not work, my Dreamcast would not even read it. I tried cleaning it and all kinds of stuff; it's plain useless.

Anyways, I ended up loaning my games out for months...and then receiving them back (after constant emails and threats) in terrible shape. So please, if you do not want to go through the same bull I had to...then do no trade with this idiot!
