This person scammed me and many other CAG members. Had a perfect feedback rating higher than me, told me to ship three GBA games (Mega Man & Bass, Mega Man Battle Network 3: Blue, Super Robot Taisen Original Generation), Shadow Hearts (PS2), Wild Arms: Alter Code F (PS2) and he'll pay me $60 via postal money order on 3/26/08. I sent items on 3/28/08 and he received them on 3/31/08 according to the USPS. He told me the USPS money order was sent out on 4/1/08, and never received anything.

This person has appeared to have scammed someone under another account, since the games DP has available were the games a GameTZ member did not receive almost 2 years ago.

This person is a thief, end of story.

Despite his story of a imaginary family member scaming 20 people on CAG he is responsable regardless. I traded him a GameCube, Smash Brothers, Donkey Konga 2 w/ conga and 6 Xbox games. He was going to send me a Slim PS2 w/ Rogue Galaxy and Metal Saga. He said he sent but never did. This man is a scammer and is now trying to make up this fake person so he can walk away free.

Scammed me out of 7 games. I'm one of the 20+ people who were scammed over at CAG.

Despite agreeing to ship simultaneously with delivery confirmation, DP said he got busy and would ship after he had my games in hand. He was also unable to provide his DC number because he lost it.

All of the above occurred on CAG (CheapAssGamer.com). There are 20+ other users with similar experiences during the same time period, totaling well over $1000. Since then, mods at both sites have been helpful in untangling DP's stream of poorly conceived lies. After his week's absence, DP returned to notify all the "greedy" victims that they were out of luck, because DP pleads ignorance and his ex-felon cousin/roommate also claimed innocence. It's a shame DP would have the imaginary relative get away with parole violation, grand larceny, theft, mail fraud and identity theft, all because he is a "kid" ... and also because he does not exist.

I am open to resolution, once DP admits responsibility and quits with the "not my problem" attitude.

I'm also one of the CAGs who were ripped off by DrunkPollock. I sent him 6 Ps2 games for Lost Odyssey and Bully on 360. I shipped on the 24th, delivery confirmation shows they were received on the 26th, and still no package yet. I don't believe for a second his sob story about some criminal roommate, and even if I did, I've consulted a lawyer who is on CAG, GameTZ and Goozex, and he confirmed that because his accounts and mailing were used, unless he helps us track down the real scammer, he's responsible. Using average eBay prices plus shipping costs, I lost more than $120.

I don't care if I get my games back, plus compensation for my shipping, or the two games I was promised, but I and the other CAGs will not back down until something is done about this.
