We pended a trade of his RDR and $30 for my ModNation Racers and MAG. Then my first clue that things were going to go bad, he got restricted a day or 2 later for padding his trades with fake trades. I got his stuff and sent his games out through my my wife's job, my mistake for doing that I know, and the new guy in the mail room did not separate my DC from the other 700 packages that day so no DC to post. That was July 1st, on the 8th he is accusing me of scamming him since the games had not arrived already. a week that included a holiday and 2 weekend days mind you. After that I decided that rather then deal with trying to split the loss with him, I just bought the games again and shipped them out. The DC shows he got the package today, 7-29-10, and he posts a message telling me that unless I send his stuff back also he is going to file a BTR "that will never go away" I responded that he was not going to get to keep my games and get his stuff back, it does not work that way. He then responds trying to claim he got an empty mailer and that he would file a BTR in a week if he did not have his game and money back. 4 minutes later he files a bogus BTR which has now been deleted. As it stands the consensus is he got both packages, so a total of 4 games from me.
I will remove this BTR when I get one of the 2 sets of games I sent out in the same excellent condition they left me in.
