Ok. so he posted the Vita bundle in classified section for $130 shipped and we pended it up.. I paid him and he shipped it out the same day (May 1st) without DC#...He said that his wife had sent it out and she will have DC# when she returns.. still nothing.. I asked any luck with dc# two days later... i asked again two days afterwards.. then few days passed.. I was concerned if everything is ok on his side or something.. so I went to send him a email on May 10th.. no response.. I don't know what's going on with him.. and Vita bundle never showed up.. I was getting Vita for myself as birthday present so I guess he ruined my birthday unless something important happened.. I would forgive him if he come up with good excuses.. I would like $130 back or Vita Bundle.... I dont see that happening anytime soon

This user messaged me yesterday afternoon about my 4000 point card for $30 Amazon. Since I was looking for a qiick sale (the reason I priced it st $30 and not $40) I asked him if he could send today as well. He said he could. We pended the trade and I sent right away.He said he'd send when he got home. I seen he was logged on at 10:30 last night so I messaged him about it and he logged off a few minutes later. He logged back in arond 2 and still didn't reply.

reason why Im filing ghis BTR early is because I feel he knew he wasn't going to send when he agreed to prior to the pend due to the fact he was looking for a loan and now ignoring my messages.

To reslove this he needs to my $30 Amazon quickly as agreed to.

After speaking with Santana Burnett after I filed the BTR on May 2nd. He pretty much confirmed what I thought when he gave me a bad excuse and that He claimed he would make things right on the 3rd. Since then he has not logged in, won't answer a personal email or call me back when I try calling the number listed for his address
