This is an update to the report I summited on 1/01/99. Today I received Fallout 2 in my mail. The post marked date is 1/28/99. Inside Cyrus included a letter of explaination for the delayed and the missing manual, which I can accept. However, the biggest complaint I have now is that the game is not original...the CD case reads made in China and the CD is definitely a copied one. I am really pissed off! What can I say! If he is going to sell pirated copy game, at least he should tell me in the first place and I will make decision whether buy it or not. By the way, I don't enjoy pirated copy collections. Okay, that's it for now. I have send him an email about it and I will keep these reports updated. Thanks for reading the reports

I hate to write this kind of report at the beginning of a new year but I have to because so many people were ripped off by this guy and he is still in the trading list. Me and this guy was in a trade. I sent him $23 for Fallout2 at the beginning of Dec. 98. A pretty good deals, huh? Not really. He never send me a thing. We kept in touch before he received my check but after that, he didn't reply to all my messages. I sent to him four times after almost two weeks of waiting. I am positive he's not on vacation because he updated his info three days ago. He even changed his email address! I have no idea he couldn't he do this. I thought most bad traders were delete from the UGTZ. Geez, I should have check the Bad Trader's list earlier. Now, I am trying to find another trader for the game I wanted. I am not going to waste my time waiting for something that's not going to arrive. If he ever send me the game promised, I will edit this report but I doubt that will ever happen. To other trader: 1. Always check the Bad Trader's list and check their reference. 2. Don't ever trade with Cyrus Naderi or CP Naderi. He has a very bad record. I am not the first person got ripped off. I sent Cyrus a check for $43 for Trespasser and Dune 2000 on Nov 7, 1998. I have received nothing. Over the first few weeks my e-mails were answered with statements that he would send the games out soon, and over the last few weeks my e-mails have been answered with variants of 'It's in the mail, be patient', even though he lives only 100 miles away. If I ever receive the games in the mail or a refund I will retract this.
