Basically the gist is this: I sold a Virtual Boy to him, under the agreement that he would reimburse me for the Shipping/Handling costs when he received the unit, as well as the amount he would pay me for the Virtual Boy. Since he was sending first, he sent me the money for the unit, but when i sent him the unit, he told me he received it, and promised me he would send the money. So far, after 2 1/2 weeks he has not sent me the money, and he has not responded to any of my e-mails. and i know he has been on, because his last logon date is october 21, 5 days after he first promised me the money.

I know he received it for two reasons: he told me he received it, and i also have the delivery confirmation number to back it up.

I tried to be fair, but since he has not, i am forced to do this. When he decides to give me my money, the report will be removed.
