We had agreed to a trade consisting of his Xbox compleat, and 2 games (Halo, and Soul Caliber 2), and two (2) controllers. In return I would pay for a pair of $50 headphones form Amazon.com(which i didnt feal comfertable within the begining and offerd to just give him a gift certificate at Amazon so he could just get them himself...he came up with an excuse), a Rio MP3 player,(which he showed me a link asking if this is the one that i had. I said yes...so he knew what he was getting) 2 DVD's, Rush Hour 2 and Starwars 2. He agreed he would send his side when I forwarded him the emails from Amazon stating that the headphones were orderd, and being shipped to his address which is 510 Dutch Ridge Rd. Oswega, NY 13126.
When I spoke to him via MSN ("Striker10t@hotmail.com" ) after i sent , and he said that he sent to and go ahead and buy the headphones. He said that his mother had shipped out the items, and without a delivery confirmation number. I told him that I wasn't pleased with the fact that he did not get a delivery confirmation number, and he apologized saying it was not his fault.
I was reluctant to get the headphone right away. On the suspition that he really hadnt sent . And than again tlking on MSN he complainrd that the MP3 player wasnt working. I thought this was also funny, consitering that i tested befor i sent. So i Tried to walk him though the operation and even sent him links on dowloading the manual and software from the manufacturers site.
I still have not recieved his package, a week has gone so I talk to Striker via MSN again...he says he does not know why the package hasn't arrived. He then asks me for my address, I give it to him and he says, that he got everything right but the Zip code. (i looked up the zip code he said that he sent it to and it wasnt even a zip code. So if he did send it first class like he said that he did. He would have to go to the po,get it weighed to get shipping charges. the po would have informed his mom that they wouldn't be able to ship to this address cuz of an invaled zip code...so this tells me that he never sent and fabricated this story ) He also said that it will probly come back to him...and when it did he would just send my stuff back because he couldnt get it to work anyways and that he would rather have an ipod. it has been almost a month now and i have not recieved either.
I do not apologize for this BTR, it is deserved as this trader has had horrible communication, and horrible courtesy. I think he is just a plain theif. I think SSMITH7289 would agree. as he tried to get over on both of us. I think that it would be in TZ best interest and the loyal TZ traders that this individual be baned from TZ. Do not trade with this trader until this BTR is taken down, which i dont think it ever will!! and even if it does i do not recomend it!! (not to mention me and a friend (tz member)witnessed him trying to trade or sell xbox and mp3 player)
The deal was I would ship out the xbox when I recieve all his stuff. I have yet to recieve the bulk of the deal which was the headphones. I shipped out the xbox a few weeks ago but had it returned by a friend from the PO when he said he canceled his order for the headphones. When I recieve either the headphones or $50 I will ship the xbox package.
