1. He changed the trade at the last minute.
2. Said he sent software but did not.
3. Would not cancel the trade and send back my software even when I offered to send a self addressed postage paid shipping box.
4. Tone of communications was negative and often threatening.
5. When I finally shipped the software he wanted I never heard back from him again and never received any software from him.
