Reading the story made me almost vomit. That was my initial reaction.
No, I can't see any humor in it. It just goes to show you that there is no such thing as a child-safe anything.

They have child proof lighters and pill bottles. Those seem to work pretty well, for example I never figured out how to use a childproof lighter so I just tore the plastic thingy off. |

He's just unsure of what to do to gain e-popularity around here. So, he assumed that making a "feeling bad for laughing at this" kind of topic he would get  points but instead it back fired and made people hate him even more for choosing a god awful, unfunny, degenerate type of article, that involved a little girl. (possible to poke fun at a past event)
