All items you listed are complete. Klayman 2 does not have it's spine card. I also have A full version of resident Evil 4 for Gamecube if you were interested. I'd do $51 shipped for all the games you listed.
As for the non-working Sega CD, it's fine cosmetically. I don't think it powers on or the motor spins. Maybe It can be fixed easily. I have 2 sega cds one works and the other one doesn't but I forget which is which. I need to hook them up and test them.
