Disgaea is black label. It is complete and near mint. The guide is not included in price. The guide is the doublejump compilation guide that covers the PS2, DS, and PSP versions of the game.

Not to mention the game is still sealed and the controller is still wrapped and has never been used. Only the outer box has been opened.
