Locke dying made me want to cry. I hope it's some island-based conspiracy, upon which he is revived once he returns. I can't handle my hero going down.
Otherwise tearing 90% of the carpet in my house, being completely infuriated by it, purchasing too many fans to dry it all out, and hammering drinks. My current project is being fudgeed because it's a basement remodel that's flooding--and my next two jobs are basements, so I again want to cry. I recently read The Chris Farley Show, which threw me into a four week depression concerning my lifestyle. I've recently started drinking two 750 mL bottles of Captain Morgan a day, which proved too weak, so I moved on to Bacardi 151.
You know my life.

Thats cool. Thanks for dropping that little spoileroonie. I haven't yet dug into Season 4 or anything, but I'm sure I can drink that out of my memory at some point.

If only I had more time on my hands, Lundy. I've got around a week (by my amateur meteorologist analysis) before I have to scoot again. However, this assumes flooding of two major rivers goes away that quickly. I don't know, I'm not a scientist. I am at a crossroads in my life. I love severe weather, but I hate losing the electricity here. I constantly goad death by sitting in the highest level of houses, extremely close to windows during tornado warnings, and yet still nothing cool happens. Personally, I believe I would be the most put-together person you'd ever see in a funnel cloud. Everyone else is screaming, I'm just grinnin' and spinnin'.

Grinnin' and spinnin', I love it.
My dad was just in Kansas City for business, he brought me back a coffee mug with a giant tornado on it, and it simply reads "Kansas Tornado".

I wasn't supposed to be at work until this evening so I just went to sleep about 3 hours ago but someone got sick and they want me to work now. Yesterday the battery died in my car so I'm waiting on a new one right now. Very sleepy. |

Doing homework and deciding I don't want to sit on my ass on GameTZ the whole summer. A final game sale shall soon commence. I don't play many games anymore, so I'm useless here. I don't have many games either. I wonder why I've for as I long as I did.

Weeds peaked in Season 1. I read a preview in Entertainment Weekly for the upcoming season, all sorts of border-related political crap built in because it's election year. This "Nancy Botwin becomes a progressively self-destructive drug dealer" arc is very weak. Good opening concept, but they try too hard to build it into something it isn't. People tend to gravitate toward anything that involves drugs and suburbanites, i.e. the movie Brick.
Another reason I hate people.

I think season four will be quite different from the previous seasons, but I'm not going to say it sucks yet.
Season 1 was the shows peak, definitely.

There's just nothing appealing with their storyline. If I want to see border-jumping pot dealing, I'll watch George Jung do it up proper in the first half of Blow. Not comic hijinx and fortuitous followed by disastrous turns.

I understand what you're saying mackey; I don't like the deviation from Agrestic. The community seemed perfect for the show.

More accurately, any show that tries to shove a political message at me can suck my cock. I'll tune into CNN if I want to hear a bunch of bleeding heart crap, and Fox News if I want to say "Fudge Everybody". But I won't do that, I tune in to be entertained and amused. I do not tune in for asinine cameos and political overtones.

Exactly. The seedy underbelly of a community like Agrestic is the perfect setting. They pushed the drama too hard in the late first and whole second season, which left them with nowhere to go but out. It was unfortunate, I'm sure they'll live to regret it.
Or they'll ramp up the sex to compensate, which in turn will kick the ratings. Peeping the ads for it, they're already going for it, putting it opposite that fudging call girl show, both on Showtime.
