Grandpa Van Wormer passed away long before I was ever born. My dad was a little kid when he passed.

Wishing I could afford to buy a decent gaming computer, especially since I was hired by GameZebo.com to write walkthroughs for the games they assign me to do. I'm supposed to be writing a walkthrough based on Paradise (video game), except my computer sucks just enough that when watching the in-game movies, the video stutters and the audio drops out while they're playing.

Someone posted it in the "Find Of The Week" thread months ago, and I thought the box art looked cool (still do), so I looked it up on YouTube and wanted to get it. |

I was also just about to flip my crap when I turned on Discovery and something was on that wasn't about Sharks. But then I discovered that the episode of Mythbusters they are showing is myths about SHARKS, so its ok. |

I am currently taking a break from replacing my power steering pump that decided to explode last night on my way to work in my truck.
Note to anyone who wants to work on their own vehicle, avoid f150s with the 5.4l v8. It's just too fudging big for the engine compartment. I spent 5 fudging hours taking crap off of the engine and draining my radiator before I could even get to the 4 bolts that hold the power steering pump on.
What a crapty fudging day. Record high heat for Phoenix is like hell. I burned myself several times on the engine... that hadn't been ran since 12 hours before, and sat in the shade with the hood up for 5 hours before I started.

Reminiscing. I've been re-listening to George Carlin's stuff and every time I hear them it just reminds me how great a comedian he was. It sucks he's gone, and it also sucks that I never got to meet him in person. I thought he made a lot of good points on different topics and he changed the way I look at some things.
