Yeah and Boston won in 2007 with a $150 million payroll so you cant say that in every situation. |

One blog proves everything.
How can you be the lovable losers when you've won a title within the last ~30 years, while the other team using the nickname hasn't won in over 100? Just another case of New York thinking they decide everything.

I take you off of filter for one day and I already regret it. feel free to google the term dickhead, there's thousands of sites saying the same thing. My father even has a shirt saying "Lovable Losers" with a faux 1962 logo. This is why you're a whiny, bratty, canoe rowing piece of crap. Hope something bad happens to you soon. Back to the list you go. |

Back to baseball, instead of letting a child continue to derail the topic:
I'm surprised both Mets and Phillies haven't made a move yet. Both teams have pretty terrible looking starting pitching and can't seem to beat teams they should be able to beat...Mets should just be happy Phillies are on to 6 in a row now. |

Good starting pitching is at a premium at this point. Not many sellers at this point. The Brewers need one badly with one starter demoted to AAA and another injured/arm fatigue.

Yup, it seems that way I think Bedard is going to be the only guy really available that's worth a look at as a #2 for any team. |

Yep, I'm the whiny and bratty one. Glad to see you haven't outgrown your little childish tantrums. Once again, try googling "lovable losers" instead of searching for it on your Mets websites.

Mark Reynolds baby!
Has the top K's lol but he's having an amazing year
At times,I hate to practice, but I love to play.I know I need to study and I know I need to practice and I know how important it is.That doesn't mean I have to like it. The question I have to ask myself is am I willing to do that? And the answer is yes |

Pujols hits his 3rd GS of the year...this guy isn't human. He went 4-5 with 2 HRs and 6 RBIs. |

I don't buy it. They're 1-8 against the Dodgers and have too many holes to compete all year. |

Rockies, I agree. |

Also the Giants are 37-31. Their starting pitching is great.. If the Mets want to make the playoffs they have to get past a good amount of teams. |

They really only need to get past one - one with terrible starting pitching and one that they can and have beat in the past. |

We're the anti-Yankees, we win against teams that are as good or better than us, but Washington, Pirates and the Marlins are our toughest opponents. |

Weird same timing lol. Also the Mets medical staff is horrible letting Beltran play and aggravating his knee even more. |

With that kind of injury it should be up to the player to tell the staff if he feels ready enough to play. The medical staff can't tell how much his knee is hurting him |

Everybody knew that he was hurting days ago. He SHOULD NOT of been in that fudging lineup yesterday. It's a horrible job by the medical staff and there's no excuse. |

Agreed 100%. Their lineup is already depleted so they forced him to play. |

I was being sarcastic. I am sure that if he had said "hey I'm hurting I need to rest" that they would not have played him. If he did say that and they played him anyway he probably needs to call the Players union....

Yeah but it could happen especially with this medical staff. |

Also I hope that you are joking with the players union.especially with Beltran who is making almost 20 million a year. He would never complain against them |
