We ended up buying some extra stuff around 9:30 last night. Everything everywhere was half off and even got some impressive freebies. Almost makes you want to wait until the last minute next year, but no one had ANY mortars left and those are a must.
New spending total for this year was about $150, not bad since I spent about $200 last year * dead face *

Spent around $800 a few years back at our local Reservation, got the GOOD stuff. Though here in WA. State (depending on where you live), even the "safe & Sane" ones are pretty decent, (fountains, roman candles, massive cakes, morters, doohickys that spin on the ground-shoot up in the air then explode, etc.). Only spent around $100 this year but it still took nearly an hour to set the crap off and i STILL have half a bag left.
