It happens to us all - the surveys depend on demographics so expect to be disqualified fairly often * raspberry * . A note about SurveySpot: there are some surveys that are just for sweepstakes entries - so if you read the email and it doesn't say anything about an incentive or dollar amount, I wouldn't take it (but that's just me - sometimes those non-paying ones have turned out to give focus groups or product testings, but that's pretty rare, and you can sometimes tell by the survey name if that'll happen. For instance "Try our new product" would be a survey to take * raspberry * )

Hopefully they help you out * smile *

A ref link to share with others? Nope, didn't get one. From there rules I don't think it's legal to post it anywhere, but if anyone wants to sign up, I'll tell them to contact you for a link. I'll update the master post to say that you should be contacted, if that's okay with you?

Yeah that's not a problem. Just got the email a couple days ago saying they were "expanding" so who knows . But I'd love to be able to give something back for all the excellent info you have posted .

Okay, I'll get on the editing.

The only thing that bothers me about them "expanding" is the fact that they used to be $5 a survey... then they changed to $3 a survey + a sweepstakes. They emailed us and we were allowed vote, but why would people vote for that? I'm assuming if they're expanding, they could've stuck with $5 previously, but oh well * raspberry * . I'm sure my tune will change if I win a sweepstakes haha.

I can't totally take credit for everything - Miranda has posted a few places that are really great. Resolution especially, since the 2 emails I've seen so far were for $75 and a free webcam, and then $125 and a free webcam. I didn't qualify, but still, great place.

For those that actually read this thread (assuming you read this), what does this post need to show others how awesome surveys are? More check proof? More word of mouth (feel free to + or - the master post too, that might send a message)?

Everything is good . I think if more people came back and shared their experiences with the different sites that would help. I know I try to drop by once in a while to see if anything is new . Everything I do that's survey related I owe to this post. It's been a good experience for me .

I'm sure people always would like more proof of payment as well , but who knows .

I'd + you but apparently I did already .

Not much is usually new - I haven't found too many places. The thread is so large the way it is! But I have always been thankful when Miranda posts those Focus Groups in General - I think if I get any, I will try to post them here for everyone.

Proof of payments I can do - I've gotten a few checks that I can put up. I just didn't know if I should have a proof section, or put a proof link after every place.

I think some people might be hesitant because they think that every link benefits me or something, and that I'm out to earn as much as I can --- but I'm sure people know they don't have to use the referral links. I would just appreciate if they did! * raspberry *

Any great surveys happening for you?

I haven't been able to keep up as much recently with surveys (got married at the end of May). Nothing big has come through lately . Just smaller surveys , but I guess if it all adds up in the end who cares .
