The thing is i sent out 2 games for 20 dollers on may the 12. He said that he recived on the 18 of may he suposidly sent out on the 29 of may. It was suposed to be a 20 doller money order. He lied to everyone on the sight and said he was suposed to send out 20 dollers conceled cash. but even so if he did i would have gotten the mail from him and this would be no problem for me.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS???????? |

Your BTR filed is more coherent than your post...
Other than that it's about all you can do at the moment...work it out with the trader now. He was on but just yesterday...I'd like to see the PM rundown...

You both have BTRs on each other.
I've read through your posts and BTRs, but I don't see any clear indication that one of you deserves more fault than the other or that either BTR should come down. I think filing BTRs was not the best idea.
The bottomline with this is you have to work out some compromise. Split the loss or whatever you can figure out. My impression is that you're both being to rigid and too paranoid about thing (assuming the other is lying, etc.). Try to back off from that attitude and think about ways you can come to some agreement with the other. Compromise means you will likely have to give up something, but so will he. |

i wouild work some thing out with the trader if he would not egnore any of my messages that i send him. so that is why i filed a btr on him. i said that i would pay for the games to be shipped back and he ignored me 3 days later i said hello and still ignored me so i filed the btr on him. does this make any since.
this is what really happend i coppyed it strait from the trades. and read what i just posted please it makes since.

I sent a message to ilovepears, mentioning this new topic and essentially saying the same thing to him that I said to you. Compromise/work it out/etc.
Lets just try to focus on a solution to the problem. Reposting old message logs doesn't seem especially helpful to me. It's a lot to read and it's not clear to me how it help resolve this.
The response you just added to the BTR seemed like a good start. |
