I have only scene it played and I agree with this statement 100%. The best game put out by Nintendo in 2 generations.

I have it sitting on the shelf, but I still haven't finished the second MP. Might do that after playing through the Halo games.

I didnt like MP, so just seeing Mario Galaxy makes itself better than MP.

I do recognize it as a very well developed game and am not surprised people/critics love it, if that helps. Just not what I like in a first person game.

I thought it was a great game except the controls, which were absolutely wrong.

I got used to them no problem. You know people by now, if it takes a little effort or is a little different, it automatically sucks.

When it comes to control in a Nintendo game, it's usually 100% spot on and intuitive.
Metroid Prime was not - the controls were overly complicated and sluggish.
I hope you grow some intelligents

Really? I missed out on the overly complicated and sluggish controls. The controls were powerful and tight when I played the game, and never got in the way for the 22 hours it took me to finish the game.
AMAZING game.

SSBB jp - 8.5/10 on first impressions (a hundred rounds with some friends like... all of yesterday). It plays exactly like Melee and most disappointing of all Solid Snake is a TERRIBLE character (and yes I realize it's how you use them but he just sucks) Meta Knight is awesome all around and has a great final smash so he's my favorite character for now. I wish it was more different than Melee since I didn't really like Melee all that much but fans definitely aren't about to be disappointed. The happy little pictures make menu navigation not too difficult if you don't wanna wait for the US release
Also in the Shadow Moses stage a metal gear sometimes breaks the back wall but doesn't do anything... I guess that's made up for by the fact that the Pokemon trainer cries when he loses.

The controls were GREAT! It still felt like Symphony of the Night in first person though, and that is always bad.

The Freezeflame Galaxy is pure classic Mario platforming. Pure bliss, in other words.

F.E.A.R. (PS3)
Finished beating this today, and i have to say it actually scared the crap out of me a few times throughout the game. Pretty solid title, sepecially if you can get it for $20-$25. All around, i'll have to give it an 8/10

I would more likely play the Wii VC version of SMB3 than the SNES Super Mario All-Stars, simply because I don't currently have my SNES hooked up. But I have so many unplayed games right now I don't really need another one no matter how great it was in 1921.

Wait to you get up to the Ghillies in the Mist or whatever the level is called when you go back in time, it kicks ass with the grass and little details. And let us know how cool the bomb dropped sequence is

The bomb drop sequence was pretty cool, but not as cool as i expected. The grass and details on the level you are talking about, is quite amazing. My personal favorite graphic wise would have to be when i was dropping bombs from above. Just beat the missions of the first difficulty, since this was the first time i have ever played any call of duty game. Just opened up arcade mode, so i think i'm gonna check that out. Definately recommend it, though i'm not done playing it altogether.
