I still don't know how any of you ever beat Raining Blood on expert on GHIII.
I will never get the achievement for beating that game on Expert, its my one road block. |

No More Heroes - 9/10
Having an absolute blast. And I can't believe I just spent the last two hours waking around the city looking for hidden money and balls. I hate doing collection stuff in games.

The controls for that motorcycle thing suck. And when driving around, everything looks kinda blurry. Bully on PS2 had that problem too.

The way it turns is so sluggish, and sometimes it does wheelies when I don't want it to. No problems with the controls in the rest of the game so far though.

HaloGX - I'd buy No More Heroes, but is it really worth $50? How many hours have you logged into it?
Advance Wars: Days of Ruin - 7/10 - I really don't like the setting or the dark theme to this game... outside that, the gameplay is pretty much identical... The 3D effects aren't as cool as I was expecting. I haven't jumped into the multiplayer, yet though.
PS - I bought Zack&Wiki today. |

Haven't we gone through this already? I've log a little more than 7 hours and have gone through the 5th assassin and have all the Lovkov (or whatever they're called) balls. I think it is worth the $50 because I haven't been able to put it down when I have the time to play it. Its a blast.

Finished up Sonic Rush- 9/10, Super Sonic needs to start being playable in regular levels like he used to, some things i liked better some things i didnt, but a great game overall
Tried out Brain Age-8/10
Have been playing New Super Mario Bros.-8.5/10 I had higher hopes for this game, it's def. not better than SMB 3/World, it wouldve been better with yoshi and the cape/racoon tail, the big mushroom isnt much, i do like the mini one though for some reason |

Zelda: TP - 9.5/10.
I'm up to the 7th dungeon and playing through it now. Its excellent, however it lacks proper exploration. Its like, you get to a new area, and all there is to do is a dungeon. The game is very linear. In OOT, and particularly MM and even WW with its stupid little islands there was more exploration, more sidequests, outside of just finding heart pieces in grottoes, the cave of trials and freaking bugs.
Guitar Hero 3 - 9/10
I'm in the 4th lot of songs in hard mode.
Good grief theres a huge gap between hard and medium. I mean there was a reasonable one between medium and easy, but this? Meh, I have to often practice songs, I don't get anywhere near beating them first try! And to think of expert, gag...
Will be starting soon
After I finish TP, I will then play Super Mario Galaxy. I'm getting a GBA SP, so when that arrives I'll start playing Zelda: LA DX.

Assassin's Creed (PS3) - 9/10 - Yes it's repetitive and yes it's easy, but man I loved this. I didn't mind scouting towers over and over or doing the same tasks repeatedly. This game is fantastic. My only real complaint is that the last 2 kills get wicked hard all of a sudden. The rest of the game is a cake walk. |

And gorgeous to look at too I'm still in the beginning of the 360 version but I found myself just sitting perked on top of a building a few times just to look at the scenery

I felt the same way, but once I realized all you have to do to climb anything, anywhere is hold down the high profile button (R trigger on 360) and the legs button (A on 360) and use in conjunction with the left stick. It felt very cheap to me after that.
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (DS) - 8/10 (so far) - Same ol' Metroidvania style (which I love) and same ol' look (same), but at this point, Dawn of Sorrow was MUCH better, in my opinion. The dual-character system is a bit unnecessary, I think, due to the fact that pretty much everything you could do with one character in past games has been split into two characters you have to switch between. I also loved the Souls system in DoS. I also like Soma (and I guess the more modern setting) as the protagonist better than Jonathan and Charlotte (and the post-WWII setting). However, all that out of the way, it's still an awesome game with awesome graphics/animations (for the DS, anyway). The greatswords are still my favorite weapons. I'm ready for the sequel to Dawn of Sorrow though.

Yeah, Portrait seems like it should be great, but for some reason I just didn't get into it as much as I got into DoS.
gosh darn, DoS rocks so much. |

Oh, I could figure out what they stood for (I could even do that in the Navy with 10x the acronyms), but thanks bro--that's easier on the eyes .
You liked Majora's Mask more than Minish Cap? I barely managed to finish Majora's, it's one of my least favorite Zelda games.
Mine's probably more like:
Ocarina of Time = Twilight Princess = Zelda = Link to the Past
No way I could put them all in any kind of order, although Majora's would be closer to the bottom.

I don't have an order, but I know my top three would consist of:
Ocarina of Time, Minish Cap and Link's AWakening.
Admittedly, as huge of a Zelda fan as I am, I never finished Twilight Princess or Majora's Mask (both got kind of old) and I'VE NEVER EVEN PLAYED LINK TO THE PAST I know, treason right? |

Well it's hard to put them all in order, the whole series is better than most games by a lot, but I liked Majora's mainly because it was basically OOT2.
