Really liking this. Gorgeous graphics, great sound, compelling enough story, and the targeting system works great. Almost sad I don't have a PS3 to download the infected storyline. Also looking forward to playing this online.

Well, I wouldn't want to steal Justin's thunder. Although, I don't think he actually has the game.
I wouldn't know if mine works for sure since I've never played it before, but I must assume that it does. |

Defiance was also a LOT better than Force Unleashed.

I enjoyed Force Unleashed. It was a bit clunky, and a long way from being as awesome as God of War, but it was an enjoyable (occasionally frustrating) experience. Fan service and a decent Star Wars plot helped it along too .

I just started playing it and it look/plays great! I think its more of a remake than a port. |

I don't care about cash, just trying to do the Thieves Guild quests and I had to give out my last lockpick to this guy. I know I can buy them from another Guild member I just don't know who. |

After many tries at installing, Lost Odyssey finally installed. It would stop at 39%, 41%, 36%, 43%, somewhere different each time, so I just kept trying. Once it made it beyond 50%, the rest of it installed without a hitch, but it took about a half dozen tries. Pretty annoying, but I'm finally playing Disc 4, and it runs great (once installed). Thanks for the offers, you two .

Tomb Raider Underworld (PS3) - 6.5/10 - Def disappointing. The graphics are nice and the animations are good but the level design blows. For such straight-forward levels I have roamed around without a clue for about as much time as I have progressed forward. This isn't anywhere as good as Legend so just replay that instead. |

Sacred 2 - 8/10 - I haven't stopped playing this since it came in from Gamefly. Pretty much like Diablo, but about 100x bigger. The only thing that irritates me so far is the camera.

Punch Out Wii
I havent finished yet but Im enjoying every minute of it. Graphics, sound and gameplay are great. I am playing it 'oldschool', with the wiimote sideways and using 1 and 2 buttons to punch. Havent tried the other control options. EXCELLENT. So far so good 10 out of 10 |

I saw this was on sale at Amazon, so I picked it up and should hopefully get it tomorrow. I'm really hoping that the motion controls work well. The classic controls are nice, but I didn't buy into a Wii and its "innovative" controls to play games the same way I did on an NES controller. Regardless, I'm very excited about this game, even if I end up using the old control scheme.
Update on Wanted: Weapons of Fate - 7/10.
The game gets a bit better at the end: while the levels are still pretty redundant, they add a few twists (such as having to move from cover to cover while being sniped) and some nice boss battles to keep it from getting too stale.
Spiderman Web of Shadows: 7/10
The battle system is a blast, switching between suits is a nice touch, and working/siding with other characters is a nice addition to an otherwise formulaic Spiderman game. Most of the missions so far aren't too exciting (many are essentially the same thing, just dressed up in different ways) and Spiderman's voice actor is driving me nuts, but I'm enjoying the game regardless.

That's so awesome that you can play Punch Out on Wii with classic controls. |

Nothing really innovative about the controllers. flick the controller up for a punch, thats pretty much it, if you hold the stick up while you motion then you punch to the face, otherwise you punch to the torso. It still honors the original... with a little motion controls thrown in. Theres also a Balance Board option, but I dont have that sorry.
I still prefer the classic style, use the Wiimote sideways and it plays like the NES version :)
I thought I would finish this quickly but as you might have guessed it gets pretty hard. That damned bear hug gets me every time! |

Resident Evil 5
Bought it awhile ago. Just now started playing it.
Really kind of regret buying it.
It's not that it's scary or anything, I just really really really don't dig the gameplay. Obviously I should have tried the demo first, but I got all pumped by the trailers, it looked really fun. Now it just reminds me why I don't care for Resident Evil 4 either. |
