Xenosaga Episode 1: Der Wille zur Macht
Not as long as I was expecting, but thats probably a good thing. Great voice cast and character developemtn too, as well as a leveling system. |

Buffy the Vampire Slayer on Xbox - mostly fun, except that one damn level...which I felt was a bit too unforgiving. Seems to be the way it goes for me. I'll have no problem whatsoever with the final level, but the one right before it kicks the crap out of me. |

Spider-Man: Web of Shadows
The game wasn't too long or difficult, but it was still a pretty fun game despite the pretty bad scores it's received. I was able to get like 28/35 achievements in my fist play-through, and 4 out of 7 of the other ones required me to go through the game again anyway. Overall, I'd recommend S-M:WOS |

God of war 1 amazing game the end is a little to easy considering what leads up to it with pandoras circles or whatever they're called but great game! Probably gunna try to start playing the second pretty soon here. |

Web of Shadows is probably my second favorite game I've beaten this year. Bioshock being the first. WoS is way better than any other Spider-Man game.

Fudge I forgot about this game. Third favorite game I've beaten this year.
And yes, way better than Separation Anxiety. Maximum Carnage was better than Separation Anxiety.

Maximum Carnage didn't have Hawkeye in it, therefore it is inferior.

Maximum Carnage has Green Jelly play fudging Mob Rules on the sound track.

I don't know...I've got a lot of nostalgia tied to No Mercy. I got it for my 9th birthday. The gameplay in DoR can get a tad irritating to me, as well. Having a finisher broken up in a fatal four way because someone did a hip toss is frustrating. |

No Mercy was fun but I don't think it aged too well.
The controls were good (and DoR2 uses very similar controls to it) but after the controls the most important feature of a wrestling game to me is the CAW mode, and imo DoR2 still has the most detailed one.
No Mercy was the best wrestling game of the N64/PS1 era but for me and my friends a lot of that was due to all the crazy ways you could modify virtually anything via a GameShark (change the layouts of the arenas, unlock a hidden storyline mode from the canceled GBC version, make new moves etc).
Too bad I got stuck with one of the first batch of games where the data would erase at least once a week. |

I've got one of those copies, too. Might need to try to trade for a newer one.
Best way to play No Mercy is through an emulator, though. Adding your own skins and hacked moves is sweet. |

The Bourne Conspiracy
My advice: if you want to enjoy this game, do not play it on assassin difficulty. The damage dealt to damage taken is way too off and the "cover system" doesn't even work right.

You are supposed to play on easy then quit out at the last checkpoint of the level and load it back on assassin. The hand to hand fighting is such a pain on the hardest difficulty. |

Dynasty Warriors 6 - 7.5/10 ...my biggest complaint is that some of the stages are too dark or have certain areas that are too dark, and there is no way to alter the brightness. Anyway its still the best Dynasty Warriors game to date in my opinion.
Madden 2010 - 5/10 ...I'm pretty sure I got a Madden 09 disc somehow by accident or something |

Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation (GBA)
I got stuck on the second to last level for 5 days because I didn't realize weapons like "armor break" and "energy drain" were actually good. If I knew that, I would of beat the game in half the amount of time. This game was mega sweet though, I think I'm going to move right on to the sequel, and trade for the DS version immediately.

I know the trick (I used it for the last level because I was about to break my 360 in frustration) but still.

Contra (NES). Played 2-player at a friend's house last night, and we beat it (using the Konami code). This is actually the first time I've ever beaten Contra, ever. Feels good. Now I gotta try it out the real way.

first was wanted:weapons of fate like a week ago and i would recommend if you liked the movie and run through shooters, its also good for a nice GS boost.
just finished godfather 2 today and about 16 hours in single player i managed to beat the game and rack up most of the achievements for it too. if you like sandbox games like GTA: San Andreas, saints row, scarface i would recommend it but it does feel a bit on the cheap side. |
