I will never play the NES ones again because they are garbage compared to this fudging masterpiece.

Beat Uncharted: Drake's Fortune today. I've gotta say, I'm disappointed with the game. With all the hype it received prior to its release, as well as everyone saying how great it is, there was a LOT for me to complain about. I found the enemies to be more of a chore to beat than anything, especially because they come at you in waves of three or four. Not saying they were particularly hard, but just when I thought they were gone and I could go weapon hunting, in came another horde. The jet-ski segments were AWFUL. I found the difficulty there was in fighting with the controls and camera, rather than anything else being tossed my way. Also, the gameplay just seemed rather repetitive. Fight some bad guys. Now solve a puzzle. Now fight some bad guys. Now figure out how to get up over there. Now fight some bad guys.

I mean, overall I thought it was a good game that was padded significantly by excellent production values, which are easily the best I've seen in any game, ever, period. But as far as a game goes, it wasn't anything great.

Currently giving inFamous another chance. I had intended on going evil this time but for some reason, I just can't bring myself to do it. Finding I'm enjoying it more than Uncharted right now.

Just beat inFamous (good Cole). Overall I thought it was great. Mission variety was excellent, there were a lot of tense moments that had me yelling "ohcrapohcrapohcrap", and the story was very well developed. The ending to me seemed to just come out of no where, and seemed a bit too expository.

I'll likely play the game again as bad Cole, because I can't wait to just go apecrap on everything.

Ratchet and Clank Future: Quest for Booty
- Very short, I think I beat it in 3 hours or so. Wasn't too impressed as the first half of it moved pretty slowly without much action.

Flower
- Even though there's really no way to lose, I finished it this morning. Very cool experience, more interactive art than anything. Awesome visuals and colors.

Pulseman (Nintendo Wii Virtual Console)

I got this game after the many threats on my life good words and reccommendations from Sailorneorune. Having just beaten it, I have three things to say:

1. The last stage is fudging hard.
2. This game should have had a US release back in its prime.
3. The last stage is fudging hard.

I just finished NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits (WiiWare). Fun game, similar to Lost Winds. It only took 3 hours and 25 minutes for me to beat it though, but it was fun the entire time.

Rhapsody Nintendo DS

Good story, likeable characters, and even better humor that the Working Designs Lunar translations. But, it was pretty easy, and all the songs in the game are in Japanese, rather than English like in the Playstiation version.

I had the opposite -- I can't play it on the little DS screen anymore.
