Was Dead Head Fred on clearance at Sear's, I didn't realize that and there are like 3 of them there. That'll be my 4th trip there in three days. >_>
Anyways, bought:
snk vs capcom card fighters ds - $2
american girl ds game - $2
monster hunter freedom 2- $2
mgspo disc only - 20 at gs before discounts, sells for 40 on ebay.
speaking of GameStop, is there any to find out what trade-in values are, other than calling the store? I'm almost positive that there isn't anything like that on their website, but I figured that somebody would probably know here. Or if there is even any other website that keeps track? Through June 21st, they have a deal where if you trade in 3 Nintendo DS, PSP, PS3, Wii, or 360 games, you get an extra $10. I think I might unload some of my extra, cheap games there. The extra $10 might make it worth it....MIGHT.

No - but my best friend of 12 years likes it, so I merely tolerate it as I don't want to lose a good friend over something relatively petty.
A while back, that disgusting little freak posted a Phoenix Wright yaoi picture on a thread about recommending games, if I remember correctly. I was disgusted by him (more so than usual), and filtered his ass. End of story.
Final Fantasy VII: Reasonable Edition now available on PSN. Enjoy.

I didn't even know you were anywhere near Evansville... well, you learn something new every day.
as for Book Broker, Final Fantasy IV DS and Dragon Quest IV @ $20 each isn't bad. I managed to snag Animal Crossing DS for $15 just before OMGCon, which also isn't bad considering it'll probably be $35 retail until the end of time. It's pretty much hit-or-miss as people pretty much just trade in Wii shovelware and sports games to the Broker most of the time.
Most of the "rare" stuff is snagged by the overgrown children running the counter before it even hits the floor. As a result, I've had no success snagging an extra Phoenix Wright to pass on to the friend to which I bequeathed my original DS.
On to the BMEs - I've found the Diamond Avenue store to be the least ass-backwards of the three stores around here. Unfortunately, it's the most difficult to get to as the traffic is horrid. The 60 GB PS3 I currently own came from that store, and fewer of the prices seem to have been pulled from the owner's rectal cavity. This may or may not have something to do with the fact that this is the only BME that carries Sega games.
The Henderson store is good for a laugh. From the home office in Louisville, KY - a disc only Tactics Ogre for the low, low price of $95!
It seems that if a game has a price of X on Amazon, they have it for X give or take 5 bucks. My opinion is this: if a game sits unsold at X for a year, that's no longer the fair market value. I can't help but wonder that if I put up a game for $350.00, and for some reason it was the lowest price, the Henderson store will have their next copy at $344.95.
Seriously considering consulting MightySlacker on the art of public humiliation in an effort to drive down the price of Final Fantasy VII.
Final Fantasy VII: Reasonable Edition now available on PSN. Enjoy.
Blockbuster:
4 for $20 movies: Tropic Thunder Director's Cut, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The House Bunny, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
007: Everything or Nothing - $1.99 disc only
Kessen III - $2.99 disc only
Otogi 2: Immortal Warriors - $1.99 disc only
Spartan: Total Warrior - $1.99 disc only
Target:
Dexter Season 2 - $18.99
they also had 4 copies of Left 4 Dead for $34.98...which they had been cheaper, I probably would have bought them all

You can't teach what Slacker has. He just needs to step outside to face public humiliation. Good luck, though.
I protest the movie House Bunny because you can't make a movie about a Playmate and not have any nudity, its wrong. Also Tropic Thunder is the least funny movie ever.

I will post pics tomorrow when I pick it up, i'm preying that they're actually sealed. that is a few hundred dollars right there, i'm not sure if i will keep them for the collection or use the money to buy a new computer or a PS3 though.

Yeah, I figured out that that's what it is. It is also sealed.
Darkslime you should push to get immediatley. Things like that have a tendency to be sold to someone else before you get a chance to get it. I know from first hand experience now I always push to get immediately even if I have to offer like $5 more if it's really worth it.

Well, the earliest she could meet was 4 pm today.
I emailed her at like 10 am yesterday and didn't get home to check my email until 9 pm, she left a number in the email and I called her, she said I was the first person to email so I get it.
Only 3 hours and 45 minutes until I pick it up. :)
If it all works out, pics will be tomorrow, as I'm going to a friend's house tonight.
I can get a broken DS Lite for $10, worth it?

lunar strat guide
lunar puppet i think is new
Do they test it when you trade it in?

i went to a giant flea today and had zero results. I found one table selling genny games for 10 dollars each and another selling resealed "new" sports games. Also of note, the biggest damn collection of giant people i've ever seen.
few questions darkslime. which lunar guide unofficial or the working designs one?? also did you have a set price for lunar 2 sealed?
shoot me an offer on those
