@Porksta Ha, I actually just picked up a sealed set of Dallas Seasons 1 through 7 or 8 earlier in the week. It's all shrinkwrapped.

There's certain shows that the majority sold stay sealed and never get played, just passed around.

Man I remember when Pikmin Wii was really expensive for some reason a few years ago. Was a good day finding 4 sealed copies locally at a pawn shop!

I remember that. I went to the wal mart in my hometown and they had 10 copies. When I told the lady I wanted to buy all of them she looked so confused. Lol

Picked up:
Pajama Sam: You Are What You Eat From Your Head To Your Feet (PS1, no manual)
Ape Escape (PS1, case and manual only no game)

For 99 cents each at a thrift store. Sucks that there was no game in the Ape Escape case but I think I can still make a small profit on the case and manual.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you end up paying for the NES Classic Edition (Nintendo Entertainment System)?

Speaking of, if anyone has the cardboard insert tray, I need one for NES Classic. Not paying for $29.99 on Ebay for the box/insert/cardboard tray. -_-

I'm pretty sure the NES Classic Edition (Nintendo Entertainment System) retailed for $59.99, not $79.99. That was the MSRP for its big brother. Either way, that's definitely a fair price and a great find! Congrats!! wink

I went to Goodwill and saw a pretty crappy condition incomplete nes in the showcase for $50. Also series 1 Apple watches for $150. Untested returns donated by Target.

I bought Highlander 2 on DVD for $1. Not that crapty renegade version either, the more rare good one.

I picked up a Wrestlemania: The Legacy VHS boxset for ten bucks. It has like thirteen or fourteen tapes inside. The outer box is worn but the tapes are mostly fine (one tape shell is dusty, and another looks like some sort of reddish stain on the shell.)

I thought it would be worth a lot, but it really isn't... so does anyone want it? Just pay the actual price plus shipping and paypal fees. yes

Do you guys ever use the Advantage controllers? Are there any games you prefer using them? For me they are just an added expense to ship, although I see the price is now nearing $25 on Amazon. I think when I was selling them they were closer to $15. After shipping and fees it was hard to make anything on them.

I am not a retro guy, so I don't play with them. I see the controller can be used by two players, but I am not sure how. Saw they were going for about $25 so I figured I would pick it up.

I remember selling them for $4. In an age where people even use real arcade joysticks to play Atari games, I think the NES Advantage is historical garbage.

I have a huge lot on eBay of retro controllers I can't sell to save my life. It's a third nes, a third snes, a third genesis. I'm guessing the genesis bring down the value? Maybe I need to make individual system lots. I might make more that way, lol.

You'll be fine. I never had any trouble selling them. I think mostly non-gamers buy them though. They seem a lot cooler then they are.

Found the board game "Pandemic" at goodwill for 2 dollars yesterday. Been wanting to play that for a while, so was pretty pumped to just find it out in the wild. All the pieces are there, guessing its only been played once or twice

Going off childhood memories (not technical facts), the NES Advantage was an attempt by Nintendo to replicate arcade controls back when arcades were still extremely popular (with kids). It was also the first widely available controller I remember that had turbo functions, great for those pesky Track & Field games. Lastly two player worked by a switch toggling player 1 or 2, thus it wasn't 2 player simultaneous (alone). I've owned a few, but rarely use them as I prefer the controller/d-pad to joysticks for nearly all 2-d games.

Go on ebay, click advanced search, then type in the name of the game, then check the box that says sold listings. Then you can see all of that game that's sold in the last 15 days. Or do the normal search but put buy it now only and sort by "price + shipping: lowest first", then you can see how much each game is selling. I usually take around the lowest price that game is currently listed on ebay buy it now in the same condition (unless there is one listed way lower than the others then just do the average price the rest are listed at) then use an ebay fee calculator then subtract the fees to price stuff to sell on GTZ.

Finally got a nice deal. I went to a local shop and traded in a bunch of my extras. Biggest two items were Need for Speed Payback for PS4 and Snow Bros for gameboy(loose). All n all my cash investment in the items I traded in(roughly $110 spent) were safely half the value of what I picked up.

I got Brigandine PS1(complete VG-E)
Fire Emblem Gamecube (complete VG)
Warhawk w/ headset PS3 (G)
Eye of Judgment set without box PS3
