I am expecting full Japanese menu text on Dark Souls as well but I haven't put it in yet. GTA V and some of the sports games have had full english options.

I've noticed with my imports "Asian" release or whatever has English way more often than "Japanese" region.

I passed up on a gamecube lot, because of not being mobile, but now thinking for the future, could've taken an uber. In 7 games, I would have had at least $100 profit. Had mario party 5, 7, kart, golf, zeldas, kirby air ride, that's all I remember, complete with booklets. This guy must have collected all the right games, and didn't know values, or someone else was selling them for him, and he gave a number. Anyways, missed out on it. It was $300 so not cheap, but like 30 games prob, or just a couple under.

But on my last pc game deal, seems I can get all if not most of my money back on the chronicles of riddick pc game, as well as crysostasis. Maybe $5 or $10 under, but I paid shipping. Usually don't count gas. So prob a good deal at worst. I sold a chronicles of riddick for way too cheap seeing the prices now, but whatever, sometimes even I give good deals. Sometimes it seems I sell right before it rises haha. Oh well, not into collecting, but did save a couple of games to add to my collection from some of the lots I bought. Oh no, getting the collecting bug. Or just eyeballing some, and thinking, if this is something I'd play, we'll see where it goes. But I don't play.

Anyways, not sour on the gamecube deal, but am now thinking there could have been $500 even $700 profit, and I didn't try for it. Didn't check the other games, but guess like I said, I like my pc games. Getting better at finding all sorts of deals, so not limited to pc games, but sticking to video games for now.

And the English voice acting isn't half-assed. Sure there's some weird lines, but most of it is very good.

15 games came uncomplete from my pc lot. Not bummed out, got some steelbooks, I think 4, and some I have case and cover and cd key, but no cd, about 2 or 3. Only really 9 or so I was expecting complete, that came missing a cd key most often. Sometimes just missing the key. Still will profit, but can't be jumping hoops with these deals. Guess it's alright, life is rolling, and I'm still having trips in mind that feel like they could be made into a video game or movie. Lol. Guess the storyline in all the games was always a little bit off, we're all just human, but once you start weaving into your own code, you start riddling incompletely your destiny, which in all right retrospects has been grounded by fate, in what way you can still fall or fail. I'm too positive, not thinking I can do it all alone, so the balance in the people, and this world that freezes and rinses the body with blowing air and water. We should be fire and let out the cold from our brains, but than we'd still be parted. Living the good life, how do you get lost and let go and find something more, all in this time period of life left standing and trifling about with affinity for trolling around and seemingly consciously paging back the same old rhetoric in the same old routine. What's this song and dance, I gotta fly. Anyways, what can you do, still make good deals, and x-men origins is missing manual but doesn't have cd key I believe, so should make me $40 or so alone. Will def double up, prob even triple up, but quadrupling it is possible but some stuff prob won't sell. Just a feeling, haven't done any math...equations in a while...equating the balance of the universe. Depending on myself too that I haven't led myself astray and gotta keep up doing and jumping through hoops lol

The site I use to find interesting garage sales has become more difficult of late. There's a bully troll on there who I recently got banned for months of poor conduct, but as you'd expect, he created a new account with the main goal of being an obstacle for my gaming hunt. Given his deceitful nature, I can't tell if he wants to buy every decent game out from under me or if he just wants to gaslight me into thinking he's already done it. It's obnoxious, but he'll dig his own grave pretty soon and get banned again--it's his habit.

I struck up a conversation with the seller of this Atari Lynx last night, asking if I could reserve it for pickup. The troll knew there wouldn't be a way to stop a successful agreement, so before we'd formally settled on an offer, he tempted her into demanding a three-figure price to drive me away. (He did that at 3 AM, to show you how dedicated he is.) The honorable woman stood her ground and told us both that she wanted a flat $40 for it, with some games thrown in last-minute for $5 apiece. I checked a dozen times at work to make sure he wasn't interfering with my negotiations, and I successfully reserved this haul. I had to describe my work uniform and model/make of my car so the dude couldn't pretend to be me.

The Lynx works just fine, though the journey home seems to have jostled battery corrosion around the screen. Anyone know a good way to clean that? I've tried Blue Lightning an Warbirds, not Chip's Challenge or Checkered Flag.

That's pretty sick for a boxed Lynx. The system sucks and the games are awful but you don't see one in that condition very often. The lady was nice for not indulging the jerk but I definitely woulda stuffed a couple more 20s into the wad.

Not pictured are the Snorlax/Ditto transforming plush ($2) and Drill Dozer ($75) that I'm selling to a collector here. The Mario Party 4 box is sadly empty, but it was only a buck and came with a few random bits and bobs. Every PC game (so most of this stuff) will be available for purchase or trade.

just throw those N64 games away @SupremeSarna. They belong in the trash.

I picked up a fat PS2 for $25 at a thrift store recently. I'm sure it works but it's nice to have it around for parts just incase.

Not a major score, but still a pretty decent one. Was drawn to the dvd box from the nasa box set as it was complete and in pretty condition. Found a bunch of fun dvds to add back to the collection and a few decent sealed stuff on the left. Not a bad haul at all for 15.25 She also through in a pair of mens 11 running shoes, 5 green scrubbies, 10 bottles of hydrogen peroxide to boot.

Stopped at a few garage sales nearby early this afternoon. Nothing too special, but excited to finally play that Blockbuster game

If I'm thinking of the same game, the demo of that NBA Jam was dope. I was always going to pick it up cheap but never got around to it.

Yesterday I ran into a guy selling blu-ray's for a buck each. He had these Funimation anime sets as well as the out-of-print Once Upon a Time in America. When I asked about the anime stuff he just said everything was a dollar, so I grabbed what he had as well as some nice HD upgrades for my movie library.

I don't usually flip stuff, but if I can sell those anime sets and that copy of Once Upon a Time, I can stock up my flea market funds for a few months.

Picked up the LoL Mechs Vs. Minions board game for $40 at a garage sale. I've had my eye on it for a while, and I thought it was a huge find at that price!

Figured I would look while I am there and snagged an NCAA Basketball 10 for $30.

I imported this Japanese copy of Super Mario Kart on the 19th, and it arrived today. I am thoroughly impressed. The packaging was also top-notch!
