new Thread Description
This thread was originally created to encourage traders here at GTZ to do more trading, especially retro related stuff. It has turned into a lot more and I am so grateful to everyone who contributed to this thread and have kept it going for nearly 6 months now. I hope this thread will continue to thrive and everyone who reads/participates in this thread will gain some value or knowledge out of it.

We will still have Trade lists up here, though it's been a while since anyone updated. I encourage everyone to look over their lists and post updates.
There is also a section for gorgeous pictures of game rooms that active participants of this thread have shared. Feel free to share some pics of your collection or game room.
I will be adding another section for information regarding video quality of retro gaming systems on modern displays and how to improve them.
There is rather some extensive discussion regarding how to improve the display quality of retro gaming systems and if you are new to this like I am, you will find it very informative.

Old Topic Description

GTZ has become a marketplace where the most commonly traded commodity is brand:::PayPal. I want to start an effort to get some trades going and to discuss some good games perhaps you never heard of or interested in but want to discover/know more of. For example, I just got intto shmups after years of ignoring the genre and I love to discover new(to me) and rediscover old ones(Sonic Wings comes to mind).

No pressure here. Feel free to discuss anything retro. Perhaps throw out some WTTF targets and what you have to offer. I am sick of browsing people's year old Available lists.

Some examples:

- WTTF/WTB/LF
- What you think is awesome game/series/whatever
- Potential games you have up for trade
- Pics of what you have/what you would love to get/what you think is the bestest awesomest game ever
- Show off your latest finds/adds to your collection

@ErickRPG How is BOTW included? I'm staring at it and it's not included.

Are you looking at the Wii U version? Because obviously that not being a Switch game, that would be included.

Ok you're right, it was WiiU. So forget that lol. But I am going to do some 3DS and PS4 pre-orders.

gscartsw is up for sale again for RGB nerds: http://www.gretrostuff.com/store/pre-order-gscarts...

Powered, automatic, 8 input, 2 output, daisy chainable, little to no signal degradation. It's nice. And it's $40 cheaper than the version I bought.

I beat it and posted it on Youtube soon as he announced it was possible it'd be up for this month. And changed my avatar. AND THEN I STREAMED IT ON TWITCH.TV, COMPLETION. I beat it twice! Could always go for MMX2.

Didn't beat CV at all, MMX 100% completion's more of a question of "how long" than "can it be done"

Honestly the hardest thing about 100% is dying three times at Armored Armadillo's stage, it actually makes the rest of the game much faster and easier. If I wanted to make it hard for you scrubs I'd say buster-only runs

What makes Mega Man X 100%-able. I've never played a Mega Man game that's not on NES. You just run, shoot, and kill bosses. Where does completion percentage come into this. Does this game have a save?

I had a Genesis. I haven't played crap on SNES if it doesn't have Mario, Donkey Kong, Samus, or Zelda in it.

Alright, so I have 10.00 Best Buy Cert and I want to buy a game. Should I:

A. Buy the game most likely to not be on sale for Black Friday IE first party Nintendo game
B. Buy a game currently on sale and pay next to nothing. IE Nier Automata or Yakuza Kiwami
C. Wait till Black Friday

If I were to get a Supergun, I would get one from Jansens Customs. Although I don't see a need to with Retropie, and a lead on a reasonable priced neo geo.

Could be fake sales to hype it. I can't imagine even the rarest POS Wii game is worth $400. That's more than the rarest games on the slightly less bullcrap consoles of N64 and GC and no one collecting a full Wii set.
