ATTENTION ALL NEW TRADERS: I will NOT send first to any trader with no trades, so please do not make a offer if you do not plan on sending first. I have been getting a lot of new traders offer a trade and then want me to send first, That kinda defeats the whole purpose of having ratings and stars, and it really makes you look like a scam artist to me.
