Sam responds: You started with attitude. Thread said $3 + $1 for every extra DVD. He bid. He got 6 DVDs shipped for $4.20 and 3 cases got damaged. I refunded $3. Here he is complaining about me overcharging for shipping when I undercharged per the auction rules.
