This trade was first agreed upon on 15-Mar-2006 at 10:18am(whihc would make this trade WELL over a month old)

Message regarding when the Item was received:
Your item was delivered at 9:48 am on March 18, 2006 in SAINT LOUIS, MO 63114.

We BOTH agreed to send immediately,first class.I was supposed to receive Animal Crossing (GameCube) [Condition: excellent; Box: yes; Manual: yes; Great Game],He got *because i actually sent) Copy of Ps2 Champions of Norrath: Realms of EverQuest (PlayStation 2) [Condition: excellent; Box: yes; Manual: yes; EXCELLENT CONDITION ONLY OPENED].Basically he NEVER sent,upon agreement of the trade I received his address but no name,I didnt consider it a problem since I knew it would still get to the right location(and it did as evidenced by the tracking number) I wanted to send as soon as possible so I didnt have time to inquire about his name.I contacted him on the 23rd about why my game still hadnt arrived,his reponse on the 25th:

"a package was recived but had no name on it so my Grandmother put return to sender on it. Since she had no idea it was for me."

LOL

I sent him 2 more mesages:

I NEVER received my game back.So i am out 1 ps2 game.

He didnt respond on gametz after that but sent me emails,I will paste our conversation here.Im T.G.,he states that I agreed to send first,wrong,check the trade report.I will paste links to screen caps because the the text is hard to read,but I will include the text below as well.Thanks.Hopefully this guy gets permanently banned.You can see he starts making excuses after I present him with a copy of the trade report.

When end of the deal you pickedf send first, So i have lived to my end of
the deal it not my faught you lable your package wrong, I recived nothing
from you I assumed that unamed package was from you, But i really have no
way of knowing of it was or wasn't.

Heres a copy of the trade report,It clearly states "both send immediately" "first class".And no I didnt get my details wrong,I printed out the details,exactly, as they were presented to me on the trade report,if you didnt add your name that wasnt my fault,I didnt have time to get them from you,because I wanted to send as soon as possible,and I did,deal was completed the 15th,I shipped the 16th.

Regardless of all of that ,my point is no you didnt ship as you were supposed to.

Its the 30th now,when was my package sent back that you know of? It shoudlnt have taken this long,If i receive my package fine,I'll call the whole thing,despite not doing anything wrong on my end,and having had to pay for shipping + tracking.

If you really want to resolve this,why cant you send your game?Its easy enough man,The confirmation # is there as proof that it was received,If i get my game back,great as long you sent yours,I'll ship again.Peace.

Cause why would I ship a game without receiving something, And it's not my faught you didn't get my name, The address ect is a automated system that GameTZ does not me you could of looked on my page & saw what my name was. Sorry you haven't recived your game back, But that's not really my problem. That something to do with the post office and nothing I can do about it.

"Cause why would I ship a game without receiving something" because those were the terms agreed upon.Why would I send a game without receiving something? Because those were the terms ,and because you have a BTR man.

Actually you can,you can send your game,to ease my mind about it.Again you already know that I'll ship.Its not just that youd be putting my mind at ease,youd be living up to your part of the agreement,its a very basic thing man."

September 26 will make this deal, one month old. I mailed to him, and he received on August 31st. He told me he'd send when he got back from the Labor Day weekend. Then he said that he was in New Orleans, and he'd be back soon to mail out my games. I realize that it's a mess in New Orleans and Game trading is not as important as that situation, I'm just looking to resolve this. I've offered to send a postage paid envelope back to his place in Missouri and he can have his roommate send back the game that I sent him, I'm waiting for a response and will withdrawl this report once this is cleared up. I've also taken note of his latest trades which have been less than positive.
