Unfortunately it's the same situation as everyone else;

Large trade of games, my set posted and then no further communication despite numerous attempts at contact (via his email and through GameTZ)

GameTZ moderators have already given us the heads-up on this guy so I'm not really expecting a completion on the trade =(

I don't think that it matters much, but I might as well also report gorf888... Three months ago I agreed to an international trade with gorf888 - seven games for six (or seven). I sent my side of the trade and four weeks later gorf888 notified me that he'd recieved. He didn't change the status of the trade, though.
All the time I was polling gorf888, asking if he'd sent or when he expected to send. He told me he was sick. Both he and the wife had caught double pneumonia and couldn't afford medical care but he would go to the post office "real soon".
I haven't heard from him since (november 23, 2006)...

I agreed to a large trade with gorf888 (around 20 games in total), and I sent my end with a tracking number. gorf888 received the package about a week later, according to the tracking number (but didn't mark it as "received" on GameTZ for some reason).

The tracking number (at www.canadapost.ca) is CX 126 010 365 CA.

Six weeks go by, and I had still not received my end of the trade. I contacted gorf888, and he said that he had received and sent (but didn't mark it as "sent" on GameTZ).

More time passes. Still nothing. gorf888 hasn't responded to messages saying I haven't received, nor have I have received my end of the trade. I'm out 10 games plus the $20 I had to spend on shipping the large package.

This BTR is being filed to warn the pending trades of gorf888. We have some evidence that indicates gorf888 is a new account for the person who had used the mdauphin account. mdauphin had received 15 BTRs in the past, with 8 remaining still unresolved.

We've suspended the gorf888 account, because we do not want any further chance of people getting ripped off. We're concerned that gorf888's current old pendings may be situations that will lead to BTRs being filed.

gorf888's is a different name than mdauphin, but location and similarities in behavior lead us to believe it's the same person. And, because the situation was mdauphin go to be such a mess, we feel we must act now to prevent further people from getting ripped off.
