I trusted what he said about a MP3 player he sent me(he stated that it just needed a new HDD, and one was included. He neglected to let me know it was the wrong HDD.) There was also a satellite radio sent, but it worked fine. More or less I got a MP3 player that is worthless to me. And I still have it. He agreed to send the difference to me($92) and led me on for months. As of the past 3-4 months he refuses to even reply to me about it. He knows he still owes me the money. He claimed he had money coming in, that he was doing one of the "get 5 people to sign up for an offer to earn $300" type programs, etc. I've yet to get anything. If any proof of this is needed(Including where he admitted he was at fault, claimed he would send the money, etc. etc.) I will happily forward it all. I agreed to buy the game for the price he was looking for however its been almost 2 months still no game. Normally I would have reported this earlier but he is sending first but for a trade that I have had pending for over 2 months and no responses to my messages its honestly pretty frustrating.
