I sent out the 24th as my note to him on the 16th stated I would not be able to send till the following week. limich391 also requested my Paypal on July 16th to which I provided and he still has not sent. I tried everything I could so I wouldn't have to post a btr such as having Bill email him asking what's up and me sending messages to him, no response. He has not logged in since July. I understand things could have popped up and happened...but that does not mean you drop your responsibilities. Try telling a bank or dealership 'oh, this is what happened' and see what their response is. All this...over $10... What's unfortunate is that I had to pay to send it as a small package rather than letter mail as the envelope I put the poster in was only folded twice: I COULD have folded it four times and saved a couple dollars but I wanted to be nice. This is what I got in return. Upon receiving the money, proper 'Unacceptable' ratings will be given, that's if I ever get it. Reported By: Suikoden | |||
