The games that he sent me in this trade, http://gametz.com/?A=My+Trades&View=260957 , were unacceptable compared to the description that is decribed in the offer.

Both games appear to be very scratched (yet I haven't tried them), IP is not "Like New!!", Mario is the "players choice" version and did not have the manual.

Resolutions:
1. Mail me my games back, in the best current state that you can, and I will mail your games back.
or
2. Mail me a non "players choice" Mario Thousand Year Door, in excellent condition with manual and I will mail you your "players choice" Mario Thousand Year Door back.
or
3. $25 via paypal, so I can go buy my own non "players choice" Mario Thousand Year Door, and I will pay to mail you your "players choice" Mario Thousand Year Door back.
