-He received my item on October 5th, 2009
-I have made many efforts to contact SmurfALMIGHTY (via Gametz, and Xbox Live).
-He has (since the pending of our trade) nearly stopped logging in, and at some point during the trade logged in for a few hours and did not do or say anything (5 days or so after the reception).

Seeing as I will soon just buy one for $50, to resolve this I want my money back ($30) via concealed cash w/ delivery confirmation or paypal gift.

He agreed to the trade. I agreed to send money first since I am new to GameTZ. He never sent me my item. I keep sending him messages and he does not even respond - just ignores me. He accepted my trade within like 20 minutes so I know he goes on the site and has seen my inquiries. I got ripped off for $30.00 and feel like a fool for sending the money!

Send me the DC# on the package I haven't logged in for awhile anyhow I don't recall any packages from your username unless it has your full name on a note let me know and ill send you your code out.

Has yet to respond with tracking # or DC confirmation so I can send him his code. I have no other record of recieving cash from him so I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and willing to send him the code/s as long as I get a tracking #.
