| Username: revwoods Aliases: Nathan Woods Email: nww84@hotmail.com Address: Nathan Woods 732 South 11th St Quincy,IL 62301 | Status: active Created: October 14, 2009 at 11:06am (EST) Edited: October 17, 2009 at 4:21pm (EST) We were trading my very good, complete Justice League Heroes for his excellent, complete Mario Kart Super Circuit. We agreed to ship both at the same time. I received his game, but when I opened the box, the game box itself had a big gouge in the front, and was somewhat crushed - the type of crushing where it had something resting on it slightly smaller than it for some time, not the kind of crush that can happen in shipping. Also, the box it was shipped in was not damaged at all and the game was packed with styrofoam peanuts around it, so there is almost zero chance that this could have happened during shipping. In addition, the gouge on the front of the box overlaps where the cartridge rests inside the box, so it could not have been gouged when the cartridge was in the box, because the cartridge would have been affected as well. I have given him several options to rectify this, and he is refusing to do so and hasn't responded to my last message. I gave him the following options: "You can either return my game to me, along with enough money to ship this game back to you, or you can send me a copy of the complete game in actual excellent condition along with enough money to ship this copy back to you. You can also just send me a Mario Kart Super Circuit box in excellent condition. Or, I suppose you can send me $20 (the approximate cost to buy the game complete along with the money to ship yours back to you)." He says that I never gave him an option to send him another box. I guess he can't really read either: "You can also just send me a Mario Kart Super Circuit box in excellent condition" Reported By: motoyugota | |||
