We agreed on a trade last April. I sent first, he got my package but sent his TWO WEEKS LATER, after I wrote him three times. Apparently his package was lost, I never got anything. For the last couple of months we've been going back and forth through various options to resolve this. Finally, I proposed to him that he send the original back, and I would pay for half his shipping fee (provided that he sends proof). He agreed to that TWO WEEKS AGO, but after that, although he logged in several times, didnt even had the courtesy to say nothing. I'm really fed up and tired of waiting. From his behaviour throughout all this months I can only think that he just wanted to stall me and prevent me from filing a BTR.
