Mike and I agreed to trade my Nintendo Wii Package for His XBox 360 Package. We both agreed to send out priority mail with DC the next day. He wanted me to mail it to a relatives house because he would be there on vacation. Since he had 2 gold stars, I agreed. I mailed out and he didn't. 2 days later he says that he got Wii and that he just sent out the 360. He says that I can have a game because he made me wait a few extra days. Today (six days l after he said he mailed Priority Mail, which he didn't), I get the 360. I take it out of the box and hook it up to my TV. I don't get anything. I look at the front, and the XBox has the 3 red rings. He said that it worked fine and it has been packed up, ready to trade for a few months. Why wouldn't you try it out before you say it works fine? I am filing this BTR because i want my Wii package or $$ for a new (used) XBox 360. He will not respond to my emails and I know he has seen my messages. You are not going top screw me with this broken 360.

You know I have seen your messages? Now how exactly would you know that genious? The address I had you send the package is the location of which I've been on vacation the past week and a half. I have NOT been on a computer, therefore I have NOT seeing your messages and the finding out the 360 isn't working properly is news to me. I just emailed you about this, remove the btr and get back to me.

update to this BTR:
This guy took it upon himself to send it back to microsoft to get it fixed when I said he could send it back to me, then he expected me to cover the costs of fixing when I never agreed to having microsoft repair the system. I was unaware of the '3 red rings' and wouldn't have made the trade had I known, so I offered to fix things by reversing the trade and having everything exchanged back. He went ahead and sent to Microsoft without my consent then sent me ridiculous, childlike emails calling me a douchebag and little dog, etc etc. That's pretty much where it ended.

Now I'm stuck with a BTR that I wasn't given the chance to fix.
