The deal was my $75, KOTOR, and NBA street 2 for his mint cube with a black controller and Mario Party 4. I thought he was a senior member of the site when I traded with him but soon was proven wrong. The day after we made the deal I shipped Priority with DC. The DC # was 0303 1290 0001 6106 6459. If you go to the ups tracking site you can see that he recieved. A few days later he was banned. I imediently emailed him asking him what had happened and why he hadnt shipped. I said I would BTR if he didnt send it soon. He replied and said that a BTR didnt matter now that he was banned. That was 6 days ago. Obviously he isnt sending so Im filling this BTR. Besides this and filling a mail fraud Im not sure what else to do. =( Hopefully someone can finally corner him and make him pay. Reported By: striker10t | |||

I've decided to ban brandon_nba from GameTZ.com altogether. There have just been too many cases of him being dishonest. He has lied about the condition of the items he sent on many occasions (and gotten many BTRs for it, though he has cleared them up). His latest stunt is to say that he never got the items sent to him, that they were "lost in the mail". Once maybe (though, it's very rare), but he has made this claim more than once. To the traders with pendings: I'm sorry if this causes trouble for you. We can try to work with you to resolve your trades with brandon_nba. If neither side has sent, it may be best to just cancel the trade To brandon_nba: Sorry, dude, but enough is enough. We can't let you continue to scam people on our site. You had many warnings.
