I sent the paypal payment on 11-Dec-2006 at 2:24pm. I still have not recieved the items. His communication is also very poor. He will not e-mail me back, and the one time he did was to not through GameTZ. He wrote me directly back to my e-mail, basically telling me to knock it off and be patient, using foul language. This was well over a week ago and the last time I heard from him. I will lift this Bad Trader Report once I have my items or my money back. I am filing with paypal, so they may handle it for me. If PAYPAL has to give me my money, I WILL NOT lift this report, because them ruling in my favor will not change the fact that he is a bad trader. If he doesn't refund it himself, he will FOREVER be listed as a bad trader. EDIT: Paypal just told me that I won the dispute, but COULD NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK. This user is a scammer, and I don't think he really sent. Unless he can PROVE HE SENT I will stay by my word that he is a SCAMMER. This is never coming down unless the items actually arrive.
