Has not said anything after the payment was send, have not heard anything or recieved anything and he has not marked the payment as recieved. No communication.

Pended a trade on the 17th of August. I sent the money on August 19th, which he received that day (since it was paypal). I messaged him on August 26th asking if he got delivery confirmation. He replied with the delivery confirmation # 2 days later, which is when he sent the books (about a week after I sent the money).
I received the books on the 2nd of September, but he left out 1 book so I messaged him about it and asked him to send it. The next day (September 3rd) he clicks that he received the money (which was actually sent a week before that), but doesn't say anything.
Later I e-mailed him asking about Kare Kano 20 (the book that was missing), but never received any response. I even made up another offer just to make sure it got his attention, which it did. His e-mail said "I refunded you the 5.00 via paypal for the kare 20, you never recieved it? It had a note to make sure it was specified as a refund for the book." But I never got it x.x I checked the account history and didn't receive funds since like the beginning of August. I e-mailed him saying that I didn't get it (several times), and asked him to forward me the receipt e-mail, but he hasn't responded whatsoever (as you can tell from the trade log, he doesn't respond.. like AT ALL.. it makes me mad x.x).

So I'm filing this BTR against him. If I ever get the $5 back or the book that I was supposed to get, I will take down this BTR.
