He received on May 6th of 2009 and was supposed to send me $11 at the same time I sent my DVD's. I had traded with him previously and thought it would be safe. I contacted him on May 5th to inquire as to if he had sent or not. He stated he would send Thursday when he got paid. After recieving on May 6th he contacted me on May 8th and said he would have to send the following Friday because he had to pay rent. Since then I have sent him a few messages with no response. One was: TMNT and Metroid (both NES) and I get 9 PayPal; The second was: NES, Zapper, and TMNT Arcade and I get 23 PayPal. They were both marked as received on 29 April 2009, and he contacted me saying I forgot to send the Zapper (which I admitted to and agreed to take off $4 from the original price of $23), and he also said that he was waiting on some paypal to come int before he paid me, which was fine with me. It has been a month since I last heard from him, even though he has been logged into the site since. I have tried to send him a message, but have yet to receive any response to it. All I want to happen is for me to get the money which I am owed ($28 via PayPal), and this matter can be resolved, though I will not recommend anyone to trade with Jayson, as I will not trade with him again. Update (6/24/2009): As of today, still have not seen anything from Jayson, nor have I heard anything from him...this has been going on for a little over 2 months, and I have now filed for Mail Fraud. I shipped first, I thought it was safe considering he was a gold trader. He received and said he would send me paypal once he gets it from another trade. Almost a week passed, he still didn't send. He gave an excuse. About another week passes and he gives me another excuse for not sending. Last I heard from him was 11 days ago, he said he was going to send me a money order but he hasn't even signed on since. It's been well over a month since he received. So basically he skipped out with my broken ps3 without paying. It's not even that much money. He can fix this by simply paying me.
