| Username: lunatic Email: lunatic5573@netscape.net Address: 41 holly lane, Shirley, NY 11967 | Status: active Created: October 14, 2009 at 9:25am (EST) I (Bill Marrs, owner of GameTZ) am filing this BTR on behalf of al8115. al8115 recently asked me to delete his GameTZ account because he got ripped off. So, I asked him about it and it does appear that he got ripped off for a high-value item by lunatic. al8115 sold lunatic a PS3 system for $350. al8115 sent the PS3 on 17-July-2009. He used UPS to send the package. The tracking number is 1Z5854250354839084 . When I look up the tracking on that number it says it was delivered. lunatic claims to have never received it. But, lunatic didn't seem surprised by this (he complained about packages being delivered and lost/stolen). lunatic told al8115 he would still send the $350 money order. In the trade report he says he sent on 14-July-2009 a money order for $380 (I'm not sure why it's $30 more, perhaps to cover shipping). al8115 never got this money order. al8115 had insured the package, so he started to pursue that. The tracking number shows that a "TRACER REQUEST / LOST PACKAGE TRACER" event happened on 29-July-2009. But, UPS needed to talk to lunatic about it and lunatic stopped responding. So, I'm not sure what happened with the insurance claim, but it doesn't seem to have gone through. lunatic mentioned something about his dad taking his computer away as well. I tried emailing lunatic from GameTZ Moderators about the situation, but he has not responded to us. al8115 doesn't want to use GameTZ anymore, he just wants his money or the PS3 back. He wasn't even willing to file a BTR. So, I'm doing that for him. lunatic - please resolve this with al8115. You'll probably have to contact him through email since he's done using GameTZ it seems. I just suspended parkerr's account. The tipping point for me was that he re-filed a BTR on godawgs227 over the dispute they are having. parkerr has filed multiple BTRs over this, including some on unrelated accounts that he suspected were godawgs227's. It's unclear to us what really happened in this trade, but parkerr's story has not been consistent and he has a trade in which he's send the supposedly broken game out to someone else. There have also been numerous problems in the forums with parkerr's behavior. Put simply, he doesn't seem to be mature enough to use GameTZ. His bio says he's 13. While we've had many younger traders on the site who get along just fine, parkerr does not seem to be one of them. I tried to give him some time to get on track here, but the problems of immaturity haven't improved. So, I'm thinking it will be better to remove him now before more serious problems occur. Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you (his pendings). parkerr has 11 pending trades. I want to make sure all of those get resolved. If neither sides has sent, you may want to just cancel the trade (or if you prefer email mods and we can delete it for you). Otherwise, I'm willing to help people sort the pending trades out (e.g. complete them). We can transition the state of his trades (sent/received/etc.) as needed, just send email to moderator if you need an update. Reported By: bill |
| Username: xebrawolf Email: xebrawolf@gmail.com Address: . | Status: active Created: April 9, 2009 at 8:12am (EST) This bad trader reports is being filed by GameTZ Moderators to alert xebrawolf's pending trades and warn others potential trade partners that something fishy is going on with xebrawolf. xebrawolf has 3 pending trades of various ages (one nearing 2 months old now). He has said that he sent for each of them, but nothing has shown up and he doesn't seem to have any proof that he sent (though, in one case Delivery Confirmation was suppose to have been used). He has said that packages will take weeks to arrive. Given the situation, it seems likely that xebrawolf has not sent anything to anyone buy has lied about it. NeueRegel has been waiting over 6 weeks and would like to move on, so we will cancel his trade with xebrawolf after this BTR goes up. Reported By: bill |
| Username: Daboss09 Aliases: homer1012 cindy101 Email: wwe1012@hotmail.com Address: 8506 laguna ct alexandria Virginia 22309 | Status: active Created: March 2, 2009 at 11:42am (EST) I'm filing this BTR on Daboss09 because of a lot of suspicious behavior that seems to imply that Daboss09 may be intent on ripping people off. We don't have absolute proof of this yet, but it seems very likely given what we know. He has 8 pending trades. Some go back to late January or mid-February. No one has received anything from Daboss09 as far as we can tell. Daboss09 has claimed to send in a few cases, but that was over a week ago (Feb 20) and no one has received anything from Daboss09 as far as we can tell. Daboss09 has canceled 3 pending trades. In one case, he had said he sent on Feb 19th, then canceled the trade March 1st. We just discovered that Daboss09 previous had 2 accounts at GameTZ in late 2008 (homer1012 & cindy101). We suspended both accounts after they created a fake trade between them. There has also been claims by Daboss09 that he's in a gang (MS13) and he has mentioned this in a threatening manner (we got a complaint about this in late 2008). Given all this, we recommend that no one send anything to Daboss09 until you get what you he agreed to send you first. And, if you want to just cancel the trade you're doing with him, that's probably a good idea too. Reported By: bill |

So, I'm posting this BTR to notify everyone he has a pending with... we've suspended his account at this point. You should probably just cancel your trade with drwnv3.
