So, I asked him about it and it does appear that he got ripped off for a high-value item by lunatic. al8115 sold lunatic a PS3 system for $350. al8115 sent the PS3 on 17-July-2009. He used UPS to send the package. The tracking number is 1Z5854250354839084 . When I look up the tracking on that number it says it was delivered. lunatic claims to have never received it. But, lunatic didn't seem surprised by this (he complained about packages being delivered and lost/stolen). lunatic told al8115 he would still send the $350 money order. In the trade report he says he sent on 14-July-2009 a money order for $380 (I'm not sure why it's $30 more, perhaps to cover shipping). al8115 never got this money order. al8115 had insured the package, so he started to pursue that. The tracking number shows that a "TRACER REQUEST / LOST PACKAGE TRACER" event happened on 29-July-2009. But, UPS needed to talk to lunatic about it and lunatic stopped responding. So, I'm not sure what happened with the insurance claim, but it doesn't seem to have gone through. lunatic mentioned something about his dad taking his computer away as well. I tried emailing lunatic from GameTZ Moderators about the situation, but he has not responded to us. al8115 doesn't want to use GameTZ anymore, he just wants his money or the PS3 back. He wasn't even willing to file a BTR. So, I'm doing that for him. lunatic - please resolve this with al8115. You'll probably have to contact him through email since he's done using GameTZ it seems. I just suspended parkerr's account. The tipping point for me was that he re-filed a BTR on godawgs227 over the dispute they are having. parkerr has filed multiple BTRs over this, including some on unrelated accounts that he suspected were godawgs227's. It's unclear to us what really happened in this trade, but parkerr's story has not been consistent and he has a trade in which he's send the supposedly broken game out to someone else. There have also been numerous problems in the forums with parkerr's behavior. Put simply, he doesn't seem to be mature enough to use GameTZ. His bio says he's 13. While we've had many younger traders on the site who get along just fine, parkerr does not seem to be one of them. I tried to give him some time to get on track here, but the problems of immaturity haven't improved. So, I'm thinking it will be better to remove him now before more serious problems occur. Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you (his pendings). parkerr has 11 pending trades. I want to make sure all of those get resolved. If neither sides has sent, you may want to just cancel the trade (or if you prefer email mods and we can delete it for you). Otherwise, I'm willing to help people sort the pending trades out (e.g. complete them). We can transition the state of his trades (sent/received/etc.) as needed, just send email to moderator if you need an update. Reported By: bill

Status: active Created: April 9, 2009 at 8:12am (EST) This bad trader reports is being filed by GameTZ Moderators to alert xebrawolf's pending trades and warn others potential trade partners that something fishy is going on with xebrawolf. xebrawolf has 3 pending trades of various ages (one nearing 2 months old now). He has said that he sent for each of them, but nothing has shown up and he doesn't seem to have any proof that he sent (though, in one case Delivery Confirmation was suppose to have been used). He has said that packages will take weeks to arrive. Given the situation, it seems likely that xebrawolf has not sent anything to anyone buy has lied about it. NeueRegel has been waiting over 6 weeks and would like to move on, so we will cancel his trade with xebrawolf after this BTR goes up. Reported By: bill

We don't have absolute proof of this yet, but it seems very likely given what we know. He has 8 pending trades. Some go back to late January or mid-February. No one has received anything from Daboss09 as far as we can tell. Daboss09 has claimed to send in a few cases, but that was over a week ago (Feb 20) and no one has received anything from Daboss09 as far as we can tell. Daboss09 has canceled 3 pending trades. In one case, he had said he sent on Feb 19th, then canceled the trade March 1st. We just discovered that Daboss09 previous had 2 accounts at GameTZ in late 2008 (homer1012 & cindy101). We suspended both accounts after they created a fake trade between them. There has also been claims by Daboss09 that he's in a gang (MS13) and he has mentioned this in a threatening manner (we got a complaint about this in late 2008). Given all this, we recommend that no one send anything to Daboss09 until you get what you he agreed to send you first. And, if you want to just cancel the trade you're doing with him, that's probably a good idea too. Reported By: bill

So, I'm posting this BTR to notify everyone he has a pending with... we've suspended his account at this point. You should probably just cancel your trade with drwnv3. We've become aware of a number of factors that indicate that trading with billymiller is very risky. Here's what we know: o There are 3 accounts associated with this person (possibly 2 people, a brother and sister): aprilj , billymiller, and aprilmill. The aprilmill account was just created, note that it has an email address that says billymiller in it. o The aprilj account has 10 pending trades on it and zero completed trades. Luckily, it looks like no one has sent anything to April. April has marked 2 trades sent. But, with both trades a delivery confirmation number was agreed upon but April did not give it. Also, it has been 9 days since she said she sent and no one has received anything. We would tend to assume she lied about sending. o Various other reports about April flaking out and not responding or caring about her pending trades have been made as well. o The billymiller has 1 pending trade. It also shows that Billy sent over 10 days ago. DC was agreed upon, but Billy did not give one, and nothing has shown up. So, that's 3 trades where this has happened. My assumption is that we're probably dealing with fairly young kids who just aren't being very responsible. Also, it looks like everyone involved was careful not to send first to them. So, no serious damage has been done. All 3 accounts have been suspended at this point. Certainly, we recommend that you not send anything to these traders unless you get their side of the trade first. Also, if you just want to cancel the trade and move on, that would be fine too. It's not looking likely that we'll reactivate their accounts given all the bad behavior. So, I'm filing this BTR to warn his pendings. Apparently, he has a habit of convincing others to send first and scamming other people out of system packages. I'll update this BTR as I get more info. [ UPDATE 6:20p April 14, 2008: Here's the info I got from TGN: This user has created a total of 4 accounts on tradegamesnow.com over the past 5 months. He has one complaint on one of the accounts, Souley, for ripping off a user for the game, Gears of War. In this deal, he had gotten the other user to send same time, received it, and then created a new account to bypass the complaint on his other account. He has since created 2 more accounts and has attempted to scam more users by having them send first. He also tends to claim feedback that is not his on other sites such as issforums.com. His 'real name' on each account differs from the one as listed on whitepages.com. In his accounts, his last name is listed as Diallo. His real last name is Dillo. His behavior has been very suspicious. o He's been extremely rude to people in the forums. We've gotten multiple complaints from various traders. In both trades, he provided the same DC# as proof that he sent. One of the trades is a PS3 for an Xbox 360. We're very concerned that he's a scammer. I will remove this once the trades are resolved. Hopefully, I'm wrong, somehow. But, please, anyone who is considering trading with this guy: Be careful, don't send first no matter what. Don't assume the DC# is valid. Reported By: bill

He made 8 pending trades, all with other very new users (something we advise against because of the high risk). Just now, he asked us to delete his account. So, that's fairly erratic behavior and we urge you all to be careful dealing with jim_sox31. Presumably, he now wants to cancel all 8 trades. Or, at the very least, he's confused. Either way, sending him anything seems questionable. Perhaps, he was planning to rip everyone off, then chickened out. Or, maybe he just got in over his head. It's hard to tell. Reported By: bill

Please take a look at reegan13's 4 pending trades. They are all for the same game: "Fable: The Lost Chapters". And, in every case reegan13 has convinced each of you to send first. This situation screams "SCAMMER!" reegan13 is a new trader with zero reputation here. Please reconsider what you're doing. [ EDIT - In reaction to your response. That's all words. The fact is, none of us know you. What you're doing is very suspicious. Why do you need 4 copies of the same game? What is the big rush (suck that you can't send first)? It all sounds like a big story to try to get people to send you stuff without you having to send anything. It's a setup to rip a lot of people off and leave. You may be telling the truth, but other people would be foolish to believe you. They're taking a risk with someone they don't know. Odds are, you're a scammer. We've seen scammers do just what you're doing here in the past. ] [ You should send first, not these other traders. Anyone sending first to you is taking an unnecessary risk. So, it looks pretty clear that brookjeff / gamergirl1982 are scammers. Hopefully, you didn't send first to them, right? Because we warned you not to send first to account without a reputation and you always listen to our warnings, right? If you haven't sent, you can probably just cancel the trade. In his time here, he's got some BTRs and has a long history of being rude to other traders. I warned him to cool it last month, but recent events have shown he has no intention to change. So, I'm pulling the plug on him to avoid future trouble. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes to his pendings. There simply is no good time to do this, so it seems best to just bite the bullet and deal with him now. I do plan to work with ebaydot to get his pending trades completed. He's got 14 at the moment! He can email GameTZ moderators, to give us updates on the trades to let us know when he sent/received. We can edit his pending trades to reflect this. From your point of view, you can use the trade report as normal. Though, keep in mind that ebaydot has not access to GameTZ. So, if you need to contact him, we suggest email or other means. In cases where neither you nor him has sent, it may be best to simply cancel the trade. A lot of people have had trouble trading with him, so we recommend this. But, it is up to you and ebaydot. If you'd like us to cancel your pending trade with him, please email the moderators. [ Update: 01/01/2009 - ebaydot made a new account (OooooTFC) and has made some trades along with carrying a lot of pending trades. I'm not sure what we're going to do about it, but I've merged the old ebaydot account into this OooooTFC as a start. We have some evidence that indicates gorf888 is a new account for the person who had used the mdauphin account. mdauphin had received 15 BTRs in the past, with 8 remaining still unresolved. We've suspended the gorf888 account, because we do not want any further chance of people getting ripped off. We're concerned that gorf888's current old pendings may be situations that will lead to BTRs being filed. gorf888's is a different name than mdauphin, but location and similarities in behavior lead us to believe it's the same person. If you are one of the people he ripped of recently, we recommend that you call the police where he lives and file a criminal complaint against him. There are other accounts as well. It seems likely that this person is out to scam people, given the history and circumstances. We will be suspending and banning all of the accounts this person is using. Currently, we know of these: gameaddict2552, Gamerchic01, gameaddict, and thusgaming There may be more. He has a number of pending trades (8), some of which involved rare, high-value items. 4 of these pending trades are with other new users. New users should not trade with each other, since it's very high risk (you all took an Oath not to do this!). On a number of occasions, subzero has said he's sent when he hadn't yet. It seems clear that he's trying to scam people into sending him stuff. It's not clear if he intends to ever send anyone else anything. subzero has no reputation here, no completed trades, no ratings. His behavior is very suspicious. Don't send him anything until you get your side of the trade first. He needs to prove himself before anyone gives him that much trust. If you have to, cancel your trade. If you're a new users, this is what we recommend. New users should only trade with established traders who have good trader starts (many completed trades and excellent ratings). Reported By: bill

In one day, tt22 has pended 9 trades. Many of the trades are with other new traders. In several cases, he is trying to get the other trader to send first to him. For the two trades where he reported that he has sent, he was suppose to use Delivery Confirmation, but did not provide a DC#. We've heard that he may have claimed the reputation on an ebay account was his, but that account is in another state and likely is not him. tt22 has no reputation here, no completed trades or rating. No one should be sending first to him or even at the same time. tt22's behavior is very suspicious, so we wanted to warn all of his pendings to be careful. As long as he sends first (you get his side of the trade before you send your side), you're protected, so that's safe. But, otherwise, you're taking a big risk. If you're another new trader, we recommend that you only trade with traders who have a reputation (look for a star next to their username, at least 10 trades, excellent ratings, etc.). Trading with other new traders is very risky. When you signed up here, we made you take a Trader's Oath that mentioned this. We've seen too many cases like this turn into a lot of people getting ripped off. Reported By: bill

At the very least, under no circumstances, send anything to her until you get your side of the deal. She is not to be trusted. For all of them, he reported that he has sent his side. But, that was 17 days ago and no one has received anything from him. So, clearly he lied about sending to all 5 people. At the time gchiri was banned, Carl and gchiri had 2 pending trades. The trades involved a lot of games (bundles). gchiri had already sent his side with both pending trades, Carl had not. Suspiciously, Carl canceled both of these pending trades. Weeks later gchiri complained to the moderators of GameTZ that Carl never sent what he owed him. We looked into it and found that Carl had canceled the trades. We asked Carl about it and he said he had sent his side of the trades. He said he'd used delivery confirmation as well. When we asked for the DC#, he said he threw it away when he verified the the packages were delivered. When we suggested that he check his web browser's history to retrieve the number, he said that he had just replaced his hard-drive. We find Carl's story hard to believe.. We don't believe Carl has sent what he owes to gchiri. For the last few weeks, we pressed them both to resolve this. Eventually, Carl agreed to send what he owed to gchiri. However, before gchiri was able to take possession of the package that Carl sent, Carl recalled the package. Carl says this was done because of an insult gchiri made. We feel enough is enough. This had gone on too long and Carl's behavior is unacceptable. So, we're not placing this BTR on Carl's account. Carl has had many BTRs in the past as well. Carl - stop screwing around. FFRIkku has a number of pending trades at the moment. For most of them, she indicated that she sent on May 9th. That was 11 days ago at this point, but no one has received what she said she sent. So, this is highly suspicious. We emailed FFRIkku a couple days ago, on the 18th, but she has not responded. Browsing the pendings, many of you have tried to ask he what's going on, but she has not responded. Finally, one of her pendings has reported that the address FFRIkku gave to send, did not work. The package he sent to her was sent back. So, this is a very odd case and I just wanted to warn you all to be cautious. It looks like most of you were smart enough not to send first, so you're safe. We checked and noticed that he had 5 pending trades (with 4 different traders). So, we asked him about these pending trades. His response was: "I sent them all, the post says they were delivered but the other people won't update on their side." We checked the trades and he mark all as sent on or before April 20th (some were in March). Weeks have gone by. There has been plenty of time for his packages to arrive. Yet, for these 5 cases, no one has received from him. He has no Deliver Confirmation numbers to back up his statement ("the post says they were delivered") either. We assume that he has lied about sending to all of his pendings. Him asking to delete his account was likely an attempt to cover his tracks after ripping a number of people off. In our last email to him, we gave him a warning to make things right, but he has not responded. If you have a pending with him and have already sent, we recommend that you call the police in his home town and file a criminal complaint against him. Get in contact with the other pending trades and work together. There are 3-4 of you, so if you all file a complaint, you have a better chance of getting some justice. Response from Accused "Bad Trader": May 15, 2005 at 2:27am (EST) Ya know why I didn't reply? Because you sent me a copy/paste form email full of veiled threats and failed attempts to imtimidate me. If you want me to reply to something then type it with your own hand, don't copy/paste garbage, hit send, and then expect me to reply. Also, you state I didn't reply within 48 hours to the email, that's total bullcrap. The header on the email shows that it was sent 27 minutes before this BTR was posted. I asked to have my account deleted because I don't care for the community that this site has generated. He would only agree to send at the same time, but he had no reputation. He was dealing in Xbox consoles. He sent them empty or worthless packages with tracking, claiming they contained Xbox consoles. He'd then tell them the tracking number and tell them to send their side immediately. In one case, he send a box full of empty soda cans, in the other case it was a package with a scratch pad of a guy scratching his butt. Almost funny, almost. Anyway, we've banned this guy. His latest stunt is to say that he never got the items sent to him, that they were "lost in the mail". Once maybe (though, it's very rare), but he has made this claim more than once. This person has numerous web-based email services that he uses to hide his true identity and to create fake accounts. quadoushka, scotchy, joe90 were all made by comic, all are fake identities. Though many trades have been arranged, I have not heard of one that has been completed. He's never sent his side of the deal. Currently there are 12 pending trades on the "comic" account. Many are for high value items. These are all common signs of a rip-off artist. There's some evidence that this user is the same person as "http://gametz.com/user/ataridotcom.html", another user at gametz.com who created multiple account and fake trades. Also, there is at least one case of ataridotcom ripping someone off (though that person has taken down their BTR at this point because ataridotcom has once again promised to send). ataridotcom has shown on many occassions a strong willingness to lie and fabricate stories that somehow explain his behavior. Be very careful with this person, the lies can be very convincing. Judge him by actions not words. Don't send first to this user under any circumstances! Reported By: bill
