He agreed to sell his Tactics Ogre via paypal for 40$ to me. I recieved the game and it did not work. He told me to send it back and he would try and fix it. I only recieved one message from him after that saying that he got it partially working. I have tried to contact him many times through his AIM account because he is almost always on but he will not respond to me. He just recently abandoned his account. I will remove this BTR when he gives me back my 40$ because obviously the game is not worth 40$ anymore.

Update: First of all, the guy has been avoiding me for about 3 months now because he probably knew the game was messed up and that he was going to have to refund my money. After I realized the game did not play, I sent it back to him and he agreed to try and fix it. After that, I barely heard anything from him. Keep in mind the trade has been going on since April! He says he sent it off for repairs? Why would he do that and not inform me that this was happening, so that I might pay some on repair costs? And there is absolutely no proof that this game functions probably, except his word, and thats not too reliable at this point. The game does not work on any system, I have tried, it reads as and audio disc. I don't know what this guy's problem is. The trade is not complete and it will not be complete until I get a full refund.

The game was sent for repairs and was tested on Multiple systems (Playstation, Playstation ONE, Playstation 2) and worked perfectly on all of them. Recently, the game has been sent back to King_Link and he claims it does not work. There is proof that the game is now in working condition. Further more, King_Link sent this game back on his own, without agreement from the original owner. The repair shop costs weren't even considered.
As he is demanding a refund, he is not entitled to one. The trade was completed twice over. The game is in working condition, and originally if it was not this was not part of the trade agreement. The traded was for the appropriate Tactics Ogre disc, which he received.
The game is in his possession now and the trade has been completed.
