It has been well over a month now and i have yet to receive my guitar or even a valid delivery confirmation. John obviously has no intention of contacting me as i had to hound him down on tuesday (october 21, 2008) in chat asking when he would be able to send, he stated that it went out yesterday( October 20, 2008) via ups ground. UPS ground takes 3-10 days, it has now been 14. He claimed the paperwork was at his office I have yet to receive a valid delivery confirmation number (which UPS provides for free) or my guitar. I saw why the first time this happened it was a misunderstanding but this has gone on long enough. I would like to receive the item i was promised, or my laptop back along with the money that has gone to waste (approx. 25 dollars). I would like this pretty soon as I needed this guitar for my music class at school and I need it by November 11. If I do not receive a valid delivery confirmation number or my items in a couple days I WILL file for mail fraud with his local police department. UPDATE November 6, 2008 I have filed a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Center and hopefully this incident will be resolved. UPDATE November 29, 2008 I contacted the Staunton IL police department and they had started an investigation on him already. I recommend everyone he has pending trades with to give his police department a call for details. UPDATE December 24, 2008 Another month and still nothing from this douchebag. If this butt-hole ever decides to come back to this site STAY AWAY. He is by far the worst trader I have dealt with. UPDATE March 26, 2009 I contacted the Illinois State Police and apperantly he had been apprehended and told to return all murchandise or follow through with the deals. Apperantly he decided NOT to send me anything and so they are going to contact him once again and ask him what is going on. I hope to receive something soon. Reported By: mannyd7 | |||
