This was a thread setup in Yamas' Freebie Forum. There were 20 participants. Each person was to take something out of the box and in turn put something new inside the box. Then the box would be sent to the next person in line. Everyone agreed that 7days was the maximum anyone could hold the box. I sent him the box on May 11th. He marked as receiving on May 17th. It's now June 8th and he still hasn't passed the box to the next person in the list. As soon as the next person in the list receives the box I will remove the BTR. They basically speak for themselves. We agrred on a trade on Feb. 12, 2008. The trade was his Perfect Dark (N64) and Memory Expansion Pack (N64) for my Tekken 3 (PS1). The trade was setup that we both send immediately via First Class. I sent that day, Feb. 12, 2008. He received Feb 16, 2008. That day he also responded to me "hey i got your game sorry I have not sent your yet i got sick on thrusday and i am now oever it so i well send your game asap". I waited a few more days and then sent a message on Feb. 21, 2008 saying "Hey, hoping to get the game and Memory Expansion soon." No reply. A few days later on Feb. 24, 2008 I sent another message, "It's nearing on 2-weeks and still you haven't even sent the game. I've never left negative feedback, but we are getting close. Please mail the games Monday to avoid negative feedback. If negative feedback is left I will remove it when and if I recieve the games." He marked the games as sent on Feb. 25 2008, 13-days after the trade was created as a both send immediately. I waited another week and finally sent this message "Did you send out first class? You might want to check on the package you sent. It's been 7-days and I still don't have it. I'll wait a few more days but then I'm going to just ask you to return my game with delivery confirmation. It just seems like you've had many questionable trades in the past." It's now Monday, March 11, 2008 and I still didn't get any reply. I will remove this BTR when I recieve his game or my game back. I would still strongly caution all honest traders not to trade with Justin. He has had numerous canceled trades. I also contacted the other person he has a pending trade with. I explained what had happened to me and asked what there experience was like. They told me "He is slow and has canceled one trade with me already. Also when he sent his half of the trade he did not send all the games and I am still waiting on the, do what you have to do, BTR wise." Reported By: lpeters82 | |||
