Right after the trade pended i went out and put the money in the mailbox for the mailman to pick up. this all happend on May 18. On May 21 rob messaged me saying he received his money, and also sent that same day. so i waited...and waited...and waited..knowing that we only live about a state away i was thinking something must have been wrong when it got to about a week or two. well finally Rob gave me a tracking number... 2 weeks after he said he sent! but i accepted it because i was glad at least i knew it was shipped now. about 2 days later i receive my package... all was good except one thing. there was only one of the broken xbox's in the box. so i ask him whether he was still planning on sending the second one or what. He told me they made him pack it better in the box, i thought that sounded like a reasonable explanation so i waited, he said he sent the second one 15 days later,and its was the 25th when he told me he sent the second one. After that i tried getting in touch with him many times and gave him MANY MANY warning and all he did was ignore me and delete me as a friend on xbox. im sorry rob your a nice guy, and we were having a nice trade, up untill you refused to send it, so im forced to leave this BTR. I will take down the BTR under one of the conditions. 1. i get half my money back 2. you send the other 360 3. you send me a game worth somewhere near the amount of the broken xbox i give you choices and hope you decide to come out and be a good person and pick one.. At the time he had more trades than me so i agreed to send first. It did take me too long to send because i was having troubles getting to the post office. so i sent on may 19=/..i know thats pretty sad. But still i have been waiting since may 19 for my money and still nothing. Randomly on may 30th Jaron sends me a message saying "did you get the money?", i was confused because he never even had pressed i have sent. i told him no i didnt receive anything. So a couple days later on June 3rd i told Jaron that if i dont get anything soon i will file a BTR. the day after that he pressed that he had sent..i was really confused by now. I made MANY attempts asking if he sent ect. T old him i dont even care if he sent yet or not i just want him to be honest and tell me. He failed to respond to my multiple attempts to work this out with him. I dont know if he ever really did send it or not i mean i guess it could have been lost but i dont feel that should be on me..hes the one sending. So Jaron i guess it comes down to the fact that ill take the BTR down if i get the money or i guess if i get my game back it the same exact condition it left in. Reported By: Nnickw1234 | |||
