My copy of Mega Man Legends 2 for his copy of Xenogears complete in excellent condition. I was new at trading on this site so naturally, I had to send first. I'm a fast shipper and sent the next day, June 4 with delivery confirmation. Here's the tracking number: 0308 1400 0000 9403 9759 to confirm this. It was delivered on June 6, 2009 according to the tracking number. I had to ask him if he received it and he marked it as received 2 days later on June 8. When we agreed on the trade, he said that he would send Xenogears as soon as he received Mega Man Legends 2. After a week of no communication on his end at all, I sent him a message on June 15 asking for him to send his part of the trade. Almost a month later, I sent him another message on July 8, but there was no response of any kind from him. It's over 3 months now and I still haven't received my game or heard anything from him. He has clearly ripped me off. What is worse is that I found out two days ago that he came back to the site on a different username two months ago and started trading again - it's obvious he's building up his reputation just to scam more people. Even worse, I saw him trying to sell/trade my Mega Man Legends 2 on the forums on the Classifieds and General Marketplace as if nothing had happened. This was two days ago on September 7, further investigation led me to the fact that he posted it for sell/trade on the forums on August 25 as well. As of now, he has my game on his "available" section (which I request to be taken off) and I haven't received his side of the trade yet! To resolve this BTR I would like either: a) My Mega Man Legends 2 back in the original condition I sent it to him (my preferred method of resolution) b) Xenogears in complete and excellent condition as agreed upon He can certainly resolve this quickly since my preferred method of resolution is getting my Mega Man Legends 2 back which he still has. If he wants to keep on trading on this site, he must resolve his BTRs which there are currently a couple filed against him.
