Offer was accepted 9/24. Game sent on 9/25. Last communication with KMKCT was on 9/24. I sent messages to him on 10/5 and again on 10/6. On 10/6 I told him I would file a BTR if no response was received by 10/9. No responses. Has logged in several times since then. Fairly certain he has ripped me off. BTR will be lifted only after a copy of GTA: Chinatown Wars is acquired and it has been verified it is of agreed upon quality.
