Since then, he has given conflicting stories on when (April 6, April 15, and April 21) he sent or would be sending his end of the trade (a couple of Gamecube games). He hasn't responded to any emails since April 21. I have all of the information needed to file a postal fraud report, which I plan on doing, unless this trade is resolved to my satisfaction. As of December 11, 2003, I haven't received any items or a refund. Supposedly, David Thompson works at a Gamestop in Minnesota (probably the one in St. Cloud); if you see him, tell him to clean up his Bad Trader Reports on GameTZ. Reported By: koster

Update: As of December 11, 2003, I haven't received the Gameboy stuff or a refund. Reported By: koster

I sent out payment in early September; I have not received anything to date. Sean replied to some of my earlier emails (he admitted that the package was sent back to him, and that he was going to reship it to me or send a refund), but no longer responds to emails sent to any of the above addresses. The above postal address was his old mailing address; I believe he is now living in Crestview, Florida, so be cautious when dealing with any 'Sean Fosters' in either of these areas. Update - I've filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (http://www.ifccfbi.gov/). I've also discovered that Sean Foster is using the alias Alex Foster in a couple of recent Usenet postings dated August 28, 2002, along with a new email address. Another update: Apparently this bad trader is back in the Baltimore MD area. Reported By: koster
| Username: Faithfullilpuppy Email: faithfullilpuppy@cs.com Address: 4524 Brimstone Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46825 | Status: active Created: March 19, 2002 at 4:13am (EST) I sent payment for a couple of items William had listed on his GameTZ page. Over two months have gone by, and I still haven't received my end of the deal. William hasn't responded to any emails I have sent since January 25, even though he has logged into GameTZ as recently as March 9. This bad trader report will be removed once I receive my end of the deal, or a refund. In the meantime, this message will serve as a warning to anyone thinking about dealing with William Follis. | Aliases: June Garret, June Garet Email: scruffis@webtv.net Emails: interactinc@webtv.net Address: 1361 11th Avenue, Windom, MN 56101 | Status: active Created: December 25, 1999 at 3:56am (EST) In early November, I set up a trade with "June Garret", trading a bunch of videogame stuff for a new Dreamcast system. "June" said s/he owned a videogame store and had Dreamcast systems to trade for other videogame stuff that s/he needed (to stock in the videogame store. We were supposed to send the packages simultaneously; I sent mine out on November 12 via priority mail with delivery confirmation (tracking number 0304 7990 0005 3666 8749). The package was delivered on November 15. When I didn't receive the Dreamcast (or tracking number info) by that date, I e-mailed "June"; s/he replied that the Dreamcast package was shipped November 16. That was the last e-mail I received from her/him; I found out that "June" deleted the pending trade listing, as well as the one confirmed trade she had listed (which was with Luke Gilb) soon after. With some help from a couple of fellow UGTZ traders, I found that Luke Gilb has the same address as "June Garret" (and one that "June" or Luke tried using to rip off another UGTZ trader). I sent a couple of registered letters there, but didn't get any response. An interesting coincidence: Luke Gilb sold a Final Fantasy III game (cart only) in early December and listed the trade on his UGTZ page; this was one of the items that I sent "June Garret" as part of my end of the trade. I've already filled out a postal fraud report, and will also be filing a complaint with the Minnesota attorney general's office (as "June" or Luke appears to have violated a couple of Minnesota's fraud laws, as well). If you'd like to check out the other UGTZ accounts that "June" or Luke has been using, here they are: http://www.ugtz.com/?user=interaction, and http://www.ugtz.com/?user=skiman If you would like to take a look at what Luke's UGTZ page looked like before he removed all his trades, check out the following URL: http://www.xdr.com/koster/trade/scammer/lukegilb.h...
