On 1/20/2000 I sent him $40 cash for Grand Theft Auto 2 and Half-Life Opposing Force. On 1/30/2000 I asked if he had responded, and on 2/1/2000 he said he did get it and that my package has been sent. The package has not yet arrived, and Mr. Glass has not responded to email. Yesterday and today several posts from users in the Usenet newsgroup comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.marketplace indicated that Mr. Glass has not sent them the items they agreed to in their respective deals either. I count at least 3 other people so far that have had bad dealings with Mr. Glass. I am organizing an effort to recover our lost money or items. If you have had a bad deal with Herbert Glass, please contact me. If Mr. Glass makes good on his promises, I will remove this report.

This person accused me of "suspicious motives" when I requested that he send my winning eBay auction for Uprising 2 via USPS Priority instead of UPS as he wanted to use. The reason I wanted to use USPS is due to high reliability, good service, and low cost. In my area, UPS is difficult to deal with and usually takes me 2 to 3 days longer to recieve the package. He responded to my requests by posting egative feedback about me on eBay. His ebay account (panamajack1) is relatively new and already has 2 negative comments (2 out of 7). He is not yet a UGTZ member, but if he shows up, beware. I did not loose money, so he could be ok, but very difficult to deal with and rude.

We agreed to trade my Heavy Gear (OEM) and Test Drive 4 (full version) for the PC, for his 4 SNES games: Busby, Mario All-Stars, Super Mario World, and Donkey Kong Country. First, it took him about a month and a half to get me 3 of the 4 games, missing All-Stars. I told him about the missing game and he claims he's lost it. He has not replaced it and not offered compensation. I think he's probably an immature, irresponsible teenager, based on his emails, so beware. I have a record of all our email correspondence, so if you wish to review it, please let me know. Andrew, if you will clear this up with me, I will take this off and restore your good name.
